Amazing physician!!
I was referred to Dr. Ashley by my PCP. I was scheduled with him in a timely manner…we all know how hard it is to see a dermatologist. He gave me a full body skin exam, froze a few spots and prescribed me some medication for anti-aging. I highly recommend Dr. Ashley, as he was not in a rush and listened to my concerns very well. I have since taken my mother to see him and he was just as good as he was for me. I hope he continues to practice medicine for years to come!

Honestly, on 23 SEP 2009, I was referred to him. I went as scheduled that day. He looked at spots on my face and said he could freeze it. He left the room. 45 minutes later, he had not returned. I went to front desk and reported I didn't appreciate having to wait with no idea if he was returning. I spent $45 co-pay, and don't recall how much Community Care had to pay ... and got nothing as far as treatment. I stopped going to all doctors as a result of that incident, until 2017. Then I mentioned needing to see a dermatologist for a growing spot on back. The doctor mentioned referring me to Dr. Ashely. I said absolutely not, that he was the reason I stopped going to doctors. I can't say whether it was Dr. Ashley or his staff that dropped the ball. But a patient's time and money are worth more than the situation I encountered. He may be more patient focused now, but I still won't go to his office.

I have been a patient for over twenty five years, but not anymore. If you can see him, he does a good job, but it is so difficult to get past the front desk.. The last two times I called, I wound up going to a new dermatologist in a different office because I had to wait three months to be seen. I had very annoying red bumps and rash of my face and neck, but they still said to wait. I am concerned that if I had a serious condition it would get much worse before it was ever treated.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ashley's for over 20 years. I like him however his staff is less than desirable. They have been extremely rude over the years to patients for various reasons. His new location is less than desirable as well, the parking is horrific, and then trying to get to his office in stressful, as he is on the 12th floor.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Ashley's for some time now. We loved Dr. Ashley however, dealing with the office staff has been a nightmare. The wait times are terrible, takes at least two hours to get in and out because they overbook. Talked to the same person each time I called trying to get status on a RX refill --who acted like she didn't remember me from the day before. Their communication skills are horrible. The staff does not seem to care if they keep a patient's business.

Dr. Ashley is an excellent dermatologist and I wish he could manage all my healthcare needs. He takes time to listen to my issues, asks important questions, and never appears to have one foot out the door during the visit like other doctors sometimes do. His nurses and medical staff are friendly and efficient. I've never had to schedule an urgent appointment but feel comfortable knowing I could speak to a nurse any time if I have an issue to address.

Terrible Experience!!!! Dr. Ashley was in and out in less than 5 minutes and didn't seem to be paying attention to anything but getting out the door as soon as possible. He saw one mole that he said was not of real concern but lets freeze it off anyway. He immediately pulled something out of his pocket and began to spray the mole with no mention of if I was ok with the $220 they charged to do so. Upon calling to discuss this with them they were rude and claim I should have stopped him.

Dr. Ashley is courteous and a real professional. Takes the time with you not pushing you out the door for the next patient. Answered my questions. Would for sure recommend him to everyone. A Doctor like this is hard to find. I hope he continues working for a long time. Larry Chiusano
