Best Dr I've ever had
I began seeing Dr. Andrew in the 80s. He was my Dr until I moved south in 2004.This doctor goes above and beyond to get a diagnosis for you. If he doesn't understand he does research. He goes to classes he consults with his friends that are doctors. He does everything he can to figure out what's wrong and to fix it. I sure wish we had doctors like that in Florida. The doctors and the nurses here are scared to death to prescribe anything to give any advice to do anything at all. All they tell you is go to the ER. I'm ready to move back to Leesburg just so he can be my doctor again. He is amazing!

Dr Andrew is my VIP doctor, and I get what I pay for. Not only does he take time in office visits, but he takes my calls/texts after hours when I have an issue that is quick. If it was something urgent, he would be there, too. The only issue is his staff, who are very protective of him to the detriment of patients. For example, the doctor has stopped seeing people for pain medication, so if the receptionist gets any inkling that this is the reason for the visit, she tries to turn away the patient. I have had this happen a few times and I have had to explain to her that just because I am having a pain does not mean I am drug-seeking. When the doctor believes this is happening, he does intervene.

Dr. Andrew takes the time to answer all my questions, and to explain why he recommends - or does not recommend - particular medications, immunizations and treatment plans. He is courteous, considerate, and listens to my concerns. I am very happy to have him as my primary care physician.
