Terrible
Only met the patient for five minutes to discharge and wrote in my chart he should pretty much go home and die on hospice! Was in hospital do to pneumonia

Dr. John Anderson
Dr. Anderson was responsible for the care of my husband in Sentara RMH for six days following a fall. No PT was ordered until we requested it two days prior to his transfer to Lifecare. Pt saw him only one time. My husband has been diabetic for twenty years. Yet, for some reason, Dr. Anderson stopped his Diabetic medication, Actos, the same day he transferred to LifeCare. On my husband's eleventh day at LifeCare, he was rushed back to the ED with a blood sugar of 400. I personally observed this discontinuation of Actos by Dr. Anderson on the chart once he returned to LifeCare from the ED visit. The ED doctor properly started him on Metformin. He has now been on this medication for eleven days and his progress in Physical Therapy is indeed remarkable!
