Haven’t been diagnosed with the other doctors moving into Tennessee. I was forced to see a psychiatrist for medicine refill Dr Allahham Seem very uncaring no understanding no empathy claims he knows my psychiatric visiting over video appointment. I do not recommend him at all.

Stay away. I won’t see him again.
I was being evaluated by Vanderbilt Neurology for a memory problem. My wife asked the a psychiatrist be included to evaluate the meds I was already on. He shortcut the Neurological evaluation process and diagnosed probable Alzheimer’s. He changed my anxiety med and under prescribed it. He belittled me when I said I had made medication errors. He’s blatantly arrogant.

Worst experience in medical establishment
This person prescribed powerful first generation psychotropic drug with severe permanent possible side effects with ineffective monitoring. My son wound up in Er within 2 days of seeing him with SI and extreme anxiety.

He's not a doctor for everyone but he has changed my life for the better. Before coming to him I was consistently unstable. He's worked with my medication and with my therapist to provide me with the best care. He's one that knows what is best and will not budge when he makes a decision unless he notices something different. He does listen and is caring but don't lie to him or hide what is going on. He has a way of knowing and would call you on it. He's truly there to help.

He listened and asked questions. He was very professional and He’s a great Dr, and you can’t bully him. He is the dr and knows what’s best for you. I was in a bad way and he saved my life where other Drs did not understand me!!!!!! I live in Georgia and drove to Kentucky just to see him. He came highly Recommended. You know doctors are not a one size fits all but I would certainly give Dr. Allahham A try. I did see bad reviews but don’t pay attention those they are not you.

Dr. Allaham is not a patient doctor. He does not want the chairs moved closer to him for a more personal relationship. You cannot chew gum or drink a bottled water in his office. He rushes through the visit and he is not easy to talk to. He is very arrogant and rude and doesn't thoroughly explain things. He is reluctant to change medications even if it is more beneficial. This field is definitely not for him.

Absolutely horrible. Won't listen to the patient and leaves them in worse condition than before he saw them. Gives diagnosis without even doing an exam. Arrogant quack.

Very rude and disrespectful. Totally ignored my concerns and worries and achieved nothing during my much anticipated visit. After waiting over an hour in the waiting room he finally took me to his office for a maximum of 5 minutes before he changed my medicine and forced me out of the room. Back to square one on my attempt for psychological health.

Overly aggressive and non-receptive to feedback. Completely disregarded my medical history. Refused to prescribe ADD medication because "most adults grow out of ADD" and "our office does not prescribe ADD medication to adults". I guess The ADHD Rating Scale-IV: Checklists, Norms, and Clinical Interpretation and Brown ADD Scales Adult Version are rooted in pseudoscience. I'm also guessing that Dr. Allahan has forgotten his Hippocratic oath, considering that he advocates therapeutic nihilism.

Loudly aggressive, arrogant, intimidating, insulting. Diagnosed bipolar 50 yrs ago, stable for last 10 yrs, Without inquiring about efficacy of current Rx cocktail he took me off 2 and changed dosages on 2 more. Within a week I was a basket case. Gave it 1 more week, called twice asking to be returned to previous meds. NO! Seems "these issues" need resolving thru intensive therapy - even tho' they'd been controlled until I'd seen him.
