Had the appointment at 10:00, arrived at 09:45, now it’s 11:06 and I’m not sure when I’ll see the doctor. I’m here just for screening visit. I made the appointment in August for today. Could not get me in any earlier. Probably I will be looking for other doctors. I can’t tell if I like her because I didn’t see her yet and now it’s 11:12. I am waiting the review waiting for the doctor.

Suffering severe kidney pain and office said they could not see me for three days.

After waiting an hour past my appointment time, doctor saw me for five minutes and that was it. “Physical” consisted of listening to heart beat and asking a few questions. Nothing like my last doctor. There were only three patients when I was there (one was my wife) and still took an hour to see doctor.

My hubby and each had an appointment that we waited two months for. They requested we come early after 1 ½ hrs we are still waiting. They said the doctor was running behind with 4 others ahead of us... so why ask us to come in early? Once they called us, they put my husband and I in the same room. I was adamant that I wanted my own appointment but was then told the doctor will only address one issue – As a new patient you want to go over existing medical issues etc., and the CNA needed to “take a break” because I upset her by requesting my own appt. So, I cancelled both appointments, had them clear our information from their computers and vowed that I would share my experience. A doctor should manage their time better - I was told she lost three other patients just that day. Don't waste your time - she'll take your money but limit what you can discuss - not my type of doctor!

I am so happy that Dr. Dunn is now in Poinciana. I have seen Dr Dunn in the past and have always found her genuine and caring. Working full time in Poinciana it is hard to travel to Kissimmee to see her. So I have been bouncing around to find someone like her here in Poinciana. You can imagine my happiness when she came to Poinciana. Now I have my Great Doctor back! My favorite thing about Dr D is that she spends her time I do not feel like I am filling a 15 minute space on her schedule. Instead I feel like she has all the time to spend with me that I need. Thank you Dr Dunn!!!

Since moving to Florida six years ago I have had trouble finding a primary care physician I felt comfortable with. Dr. Dunn listens, is very competent and kind. Absolutely the best!

Dr. Dunn is kind, listens and well educated in regard to patient problems. She has been our family doctor for over 12 years, and we have been well-cared for, for any type of problem we may have had.

Answered all my questions. She seemed interested in me as a patient and my health concerns. Easily connected with patient. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Dunn was very rude and arrogant. To talk to a patient as if they don’t know anything about health without knowing what they do in a career is just undermining your patient and ignorant. Bedside manner was just uncomfortable and unwarranted. Asked questions I have never received from a doctor and seemed to be making assumptions based on my age and sex. Would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent listens to what is wrong with you and goes out of her way to help treat your problems or diagnose what is wrong with you wonderful doctor

Dr. Dunn misdiagnosed my son, he had to endure a lot of pain and frustration. Front desk staff is very rude and nasty. The old lady in the from thinks she owns the practice and will not give you an appointment.

Dr is ok office staff horrible

The BEST. I wish I could have moved her with me to Oregon. I was her patient when I lived in Florida.

Good Listener, Patient, Staff is wonderful.. Dr Dunn was recommended to me and glad I went to see her.. she is very thorough.

The staff here have no idea what they are doing!! I did not recommend going here, they cannot even make an appointment over the phone correctly. Especially the one I spoke with. (Bianca?)

Dr. Dunn is a professional, courteous, and good a listener. Her staff at her office are not!! I called to make an appointment because I was ill and was told to go to Centra Care. Why have a primary physician if you are told to go spend more money elsewhere where they don't know your health!!!??

I was new to the area and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and level of care in the office. I highly recommend her.
