I have sickle cell anemia. Came to the er in pain with flu like symptoms, she told me that because my hemoglobin is high that I am not in a crisis. She’s very rude. I will be escalating my complaint further

WORST EXPERIENCE! AND SHOULD NOT BE IN THE ER ROOM HANDLING ANY PATIENCE EVER! The worse service I have ever received in any ER visit. I am currently losing a lot of blood around the clock and i called my primary but was unable to receive treatment today so I decided to go the the ER at Touro. Upon arrival I explained my situation they took blood and then over hours later the Doctor came to do a pelvic exam but was very rude from the beginning. She immediately asked me "Why did i come to the ER for my condition?" and as i begin to explain she asked me to go to my primary care doctor not the ER... "There is nothing the hospital can do for my situation. and refused my a proper examination. She walked out the room with a BAD ATTITUDE!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Just like another patients review says "if there was a 0 rating this would be perfect for Dr. Johanna Wilde,MD.... she left me bleeding and said she has other sick patients to attend to. TOURO!!! This Dr. does not need to be in this EMERGENCY ROOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! REMOVE HER AND SAVE THE INTEGRITY OF YOUR BRAND!!! I am seeking further actions as I left feeling very terrible that I came from across the Pacific Ocean today ended up in an ER Room to a RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, INSENSITIVE Johanna Wilde.

If i could leave 0 stars I would. I went to the emergency department at touroo when I was pregnant with my daughter. About 18 weeks. I was bleeding. Turns out I had covid. She asked me If I was vaccinated (no), and why I chose not to. The vaccine was very new at this point. My baby and I weren't going to be guinea pigs. ( i had about 8 missed miscarriages before finally getting pregnant and have her). I tested positive for covid. She proceeds to tell me, "ok, so you tested positive for covid. Just know if your baby passes, it'll be on you for not getting vaccinated." I was in shock. She was cruel, and very unprofessional. My ob was on a floor above us delivering babies. She came down in a full body suit since I had covid. I told her what Dr wilde had said to me, and she was shocked. I personally wish I would've taken some kind of action. She was abrasive, and wanted to do a vaginal exam, with a catheter for whatever reason. I was not comfortable with her. Did not feel safe. And truly wish I would've did something and reported her for being so rude and disgusting.

Exceptional doctor. Pleasure to deal with. Made my diagnosis right away!
