she is good!
Several visits in the past and she has always listen to anything I had to say--and responded positively!

Leyco-Policarpio is amazing
Dr. Leyco-Policarpio has tremendously helped my family and myself since we moved to TX. She is extremely knowledgeable, listens very well, and cares about her patients. I am pleased to say that I have seen many doctors before her, but she was the only one to help me.

I had been a patient of Dr. Policarpio for several years. She is very understanding and listens well. Recently, I have had my appointments cancelled on a couple of occasions, and most recently my daughter and I both had appointments cancelled. It wouldn't have been so bad except my daughter has aspergers, and it takes 30 days to get an appointment. We were depending on this appointment because we had scheduled with other doctors but needed this appointment first. Now we have to cancel those appointments as well and I assume find another endocrinologist since I got upset and they cancelled my Privia account. Their front office needs some help as they do not manage patients well on the phone and are not understanding of people with disabilities. It is ashamed, because we were looking forward to finding out some of the issues with my daughter and will have to look to find another doctor.

I was with this doctor for years yet she ignored the reason and more importantly treating me for my condition for the first two years. She has too many patients and is very unorganized. If you want an appointment or have to reschedule then you’ll wait a month or two to be seen. The staff was negligent in getting me my medication after it was destroyed accidentally, TWICE. The communication between the doctor and her staff is horrible and she’s only sitting a few steps away. The final straw came when I noticed that my bills for my visits had increased immensely. Even though my visits never had changed in anyway I found out that the good doctor had been entering new codes to escalate my bills.

I have been her patient for more than a year. Office staff is unprofessional and rude. They do not answer calls or return calls for voice messages - feel yourself lucky if you get a call from them. They do not send over the required paperwork on time. Had to go to their office twice to pick up the bloodwork orders because they did not send it to the lab. There is no direct communication line with the doc to express your concerns. There is no follow-up from docs side even the major things.

The most amazing doctor I have ever met! After years of fighting my diabetes she fixed everything! I am off full time medication and now just maintenance at night. She also diagnosed a huge problem with my thyroid. After surgery she worked hard to get my medication correct! I feel so much better and am so grateful!

This is the best doctor my wife has had in 27 years of being ill with Type 1 Insulin dependent Diabetes. Dr. Policarpio and her staff take a lot of time with my wife, and you can tell they really care. Dr. Policarpio's bed side manner leaves you feeling more like a close friend than just a patient. She is very knowledgeable about Diabetes, and for the first time in years, we feel we have a chance to really help my wife get better. A special thank you to Michelle, her assistant. God bless.

I absolutely love her. She is the kind of doctor that you would want to be friends with outside of the office. She truly listens and cares about your wellbeing. The office is also run very well.
