Worst experience with medical PROFESSIONAL ever
Telehealth
Dr. Pal did not listen at all. I told him multiple times that I was not depressed person. He kept persisting that I just thought I wasn't depressed. He didn't review my medical history and just wanted to know why I had been prescribed certain medications in the past. Even after explaining that I had certain medical issues, he shook his head in disgust that I was prescribed medications (years ago I might add). He was so smug and judgmental for someone who is supposed to be helping people. I was treated like a pill-seeking criminal. I will not continue with him or recommend him in any way.

DO NOT GO TO HIM!!!!!!
My visit with him went poorly. He did not listen to me and kept interrupting me. I tried to tell him that the medication he was suggesting interacted with another one of my medications. He had not even looked at the other medications I was on but still insisted I was wrong. He refused to treat me over another issue and asked me one question repeatedly and I kept giving him the same answer. I would not recommend him. There is nothing caring about this doctor. I found him to be judgmental, lacking in empathy and unable to accept that he could be wrong about anything.

Better than a lot of psychiatrists out there!
Dr. PAL has been my psychiatrist for many years. He is very good at knowing what’s wrong and offers non-medicinal suggestions as well as medicine to help you. People need to remember he is not there to be a therapist during the med management appointments and that is where some people may misinterpret that as being uncaring and curt. Throughout the years he has shown patience ,understanding, and compassion. He is there to make a judgement call on what he feels would help your situation. Remember, nothing is going to be 100% perfect. You also have to keep in mind that some reviews are really old on here. I would say as far as office staff the desk currently has an awesome lady that is kind and helpful. in the past there have been a few billing hiccups but overall it has been smooth. . one review said something about being 2 minutes late… their office has always given at least 10 b4 a reschedule. I would say compared to other providers out there I’d much rather come here.

Very helpful in helping me understanding my ADHD symptoms and how to naturally manage my anxiety, as well as provide book recommendations. Been seeing him for over 10 years and haven’t had an issue

Horrible experience
Doctor Pal is not qualified to be a physician and his office staff is incredibly unprofessional. One receptionist argues with patients in the waiting area. Doctor Pal cancels appointments without notice. He has left me hanging without medication refills that I cannot be without. This is a terrible place and should be avoided.

Unprofessional Office
Unprofessional office staff that go with an unprofessional doctor. Stay far from this office. The other negative reviews are spot on. Simple requests (such as billing) are often met with long wait times and extremely unprofessional behavior from the office staff regarding your care as a patient.

I saw Dr. Pal for a 2nd opinion per his bio on PsychologyToday.com that states, "I can offer 2nd opinion if your current treatment with your Doctor is unsatisfactory." When I saw Dr. Pal for a 2nd opinion he told me, "I don't diagnose people; I can't help you. Make sure you pay before you leave."

My visit with Dr. Pal was very poor. He was inattentive to my feelings of anxiety and depression, he was very rude interrupting me when id try to talk. He was hurrying my session and get me out the door. No refills on my medication so I'm hoping my health provider will help me. He would suggest excersizes that made no sense like concentrating on the floor as im walking instead of my anxiety. Don't waste your time and money, go to someone else.

Very poor office staff. Was leuctured on how I spend my money when I called to cancel an appointment. It's very obvious this doctor is money motivated and does not care about anyone but himself.

I went to him today this was my Third time visiting him. He is the absolute worse Dr. He has no personality. No bedside manner, no sympathy or empathy. He told me to go and sign myself into the hospital or go back to my medical Dr. for my Psychiatric needs. I walked out of there in tears......if anything should ever happen to me let the record show.. I begged and pleaded with him for help I told him I haven't been able to work, pay my bills, my marriage, everything was shattering around me.

Had several problems with appointments. They charged me a copay and then put the insurance portion on my credit card. 2 or 3 times charged me to high a copay. although it was corrected on the next visit. The last straw was a appointment my wife made then canceled 1 hour later and made for the next day. He charged me for a no show... That was his offices fault not mine.

I just saw Dr. Pal today. When I started seeing him I had no job. No health insurance and was very depressed. He treated me and has been treating me for a few years now. He is a straight shooter and I have listened to him. I am no longer depressed. I am happily married. I have a fantastic job as IT Manager. His staff are very patient with me. Even when I had no money. They reduced their rate. If you have issues like mine, you need to see him AND LISTEN to him. He is a good doctor.

He forgot the dosage of my medication! and when he prescribed the wrong dosage, instead of calling the pharmacy to fix it he changed his records to make it look like he was right! Also he said if I was late again for an appointment (I was 2 minutes late) that he would terminate my medication. Do not see him, if you can help it.
