Dr. Joel Rudman, MD

While I lived in Florida Dr Rudman was my physician for 10 years. He is honest, open and very knowledgeable. He doesn’t have to answer to a corporate head so he spends time needed with you and treats each patient as an individual. I wish there was a Dr Joel Rudman in every town for everyone.

When I inquired about scheduling my 3 annual tests at my physical appointment, I was told by the person who handles scheduling that I would need to make 3 appointments. When I questioned her, she said it was necessary to request a test with each visit. Pardon? I need three tests, which I have had annually for over 10 years. Why can’t the orders be written at my visit for my physical? No thank you.

Almost impossible to get through via phone. Had to drive over to schedule my annual physical, which is crucial at 63 years old. The only reason I went to Dr. Rudman's office was to continue my relationship with Dr. Sherrie who had moved over from Dr. Pandolfi's. I wasn't told she didn't practice there anymore, so when I requested an appointment with her I expected to be seen by her. Was seen by Dr. R who spent less than 7 minutes with me. Was told upon leaving that once my blood results were in they would contact me. The results dropped a week ago and I've heard nothing. Did some digging and found out that Dr. Sherrie had not been in that office for several months. Again, no one in the office said a word about her not being there and neither did Dr. R when I mentioned her. I've seen enough Doctors in my life to know when I'm getting good care. This was not good and there's a lack of honesty and transparency in the staff. Do not recommend.

I was having an extremely difficult time in my life and Dr. Rudman, his assistant and his entire staff were very helpful and attentive to my issues. They really helped me through the toughest time in my life. I'm not sure what I would have done without them. Thank you!!!

Dr. Rudman has been my doctor for 8 years now and I could not ask for a better doctor. Every appointment, I have felt that I was 100% his focus. His patience, compassion, and knowledge makes him a phenomenal doctor. He truly cares for his patients and I am grateful I became his patient all those years ago.

Dr Rudman always takes his time and explains everything and always makes sure he answers all my questions and always goes above and beyond to make certain that I am taken care before I leave his office.

Dr. Rudman is very personable and takes the time to listen. He actually cares and goes the extra mile to address all concerns. His staff is very attentive as well. I see a lot of 1 star reviews on this site without comments..., this seems to be very suspicious. I have a very hard time believing 1 star reviews when the person posting does not care enough to voice their concerns or reasons for a low score. Dr. Rudman has been my doctor for 10 years and has my full trust when it comes to me and my family's health care.

I found Dr. Rudman in December 2021 and have been a patient ever since. In fact my children and husband are patients now, too. What drew me to Dr. Rudman was his openness and honesty. Dr. Rudman is knowledgeable, friendly and very communicative. He listens to our concerns very patiently. His staff is friendly and have been helpful in scheduling appointments, relaying test results, etc. I highly recommend Dr. Rudman. He is a wonderful physician, and we intend on being patients as long as we are in this area.

Dr.Redmond takes the time to find out and treat the cause and not just the symptoms.

My mom has been seeing Dr. Rudman since 2016 and he is Fabulous! He’s a Great doctor! She’s now 89 years old and he’s so kind and compassionate with her! I can’t imagine her seeing anyone else. Also, I don’t know who would give him a one star rating. I believe it to be a rude and underhanded political scheme to lower his ratings. Anyone who truly knows Dr. Rudman knows he’s a 5 star doctor every day of the week! *****

Dr. Rudman takes the time to educate his patients and answer their questions. I was impressed with how patient he was with even a young child’s questions. If you’re patient and ready to listen, he will explain your medical condition and treatment options. He is a fabulous doctor so his practice is busy but I have never felt rushed when it was my family’s turn to be seen. The staff is also amazing! They are all incredibly polite, calm, and really seem to listen to their patients. I am very happy with the care my family receives here and the recommendations to maintain or improve our health.

Dr. Joel Rudman is one of the best Physicians I have had. He has been the Primary Physician for both my husband (Bud) and myself. I have a occurrence of Bronchitis about twice a year along with Asthma and he knows exactly how to treat it. It is over by the time that I complete the medication he prescribes. Dr. Rudman is “The Peoples Physician”. You are not a number. You are treated as a personal friend. He is the most caring and knowledgeable Physician that we know and highly recommend him to everyone. He has employed the Best Staff that I have ever seen in any doctor office. Each one is filled with love ??, care and overwhelming personality. Having a Great Doctor and the Best Nursing Care, you will get well. ?? Dr. Rudman supports the Community of Navarre from Navarre High School where he is involved to several Community Services. If there are any Awards?? for the services he offers, HE DESERVES EVERYONE.

wait time usually an hour and he doesn't listen, read test results or suggest any type of testing that's require after a certain age. I use him because I don't have any real problems so just to fill my prescriptions.

Pretty good doctor. No real complaints other than availability. My son has been a patient of his for years. I called to schedule an appointment for a physical & was told that the first available will be in a month. I requested to know if they had any suggestions as to where we might be able to go to obtain this so that we don't have to wait an entire month; after speaking with 2 different ladies, I was told the same thing, "I'm not sure." It is also difficult to schedule an urgent appointment.

Walked in with a new patient and was seen quickly. Dr Rudman has a great personality and listens well. Patient was a minor and he explained things so she would understand.

He is only interested in the money, My husband went to see him and became a patient, and we had to move out of town,and was unable to get back to see him. When my husbands blood pressure was out of refills Penny the front desk woman said Dr Rudman cannot refill the medicine without seeing him. She was very uncaring, and didn't seem to make effort to help. Very disappointing!
