He was very attentive to my presence. Doctor was very detailed in his course of action in treating my condition. And he explained my lab work with me.

Misdiagnosed a family member. Had them on high dose prednisone for 8 weeks, did not discern that it was a life threatening condition & prednisone was the wrong medication. I don’t expect doctors to know everything, but at least refer out to a specialist when you are not sure. We almost lost our family member who has multiple chronic conditions & this episode severely impacted their quality of life.

Dr. Rich is an amazing clinician and and wonderful physician. He is caring, and KIND. He remembered something I told him about my work months later and I asked him how he managed to remember this he replied, "because you are in my life now".Almost brought me to tears have never encountered a physician ever who demonstrates this level on care. He connects with his patients and I know I am in the best hands possible! I feel so fortunate for being among his patients. The whole culture in this office is about kindness and superior care!!

Dr. Joel Rich is a very unusual Doctor. My husband and I both go to Dr. Rich. He is a very good listener, and he tells you what he is thinking. He is very honest. He tries to be the best doctor for you. He has been there for both of us for many years now. We both trust him completely and couldn't imagine going to anyone else. He runs on time most of the time except if a patient really needs more time and he gives it to that patient. Some day it might be you.

If you want a doctor who takes the time to get to know you personally and your health needs, Dr. Rich is for you. He will see you, not a nurse practitioner or other substitute. If you end up in the hospital, he will continue to care for you. If I had to give Dr. Rich a grade it would be A+.
