He saved my husband’s life when he recognized my husband had a AVM and got us to the right place before it ruptured. Thank you Dr Norris. Also he’s always been my ENT.

He is the most incompetent dr. For 8 months we were given excuse after excuse about why he couldn't explain our son's ear, but antibiotics were his go to. We were in his office at least 2 times a week. Left and found a wonderful new ent who had my sons ear cleaned up within a week with a new ear drop. Staff is wonderful so kind and understanding. Dr. Norris absolutely horr9

Dr. Norris and staff provided extensive information before, during, and after my balloon sinuplasty. Dr. Norris gave comforting words during the procedure which calmed any anxiety I might have had. Both Dr. Norris and his staff monitored me for quite awhile afterwards before releasing me. They provided written, easy-to-follow instructions before and after my procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Norris for any ENT issues.
