Knowledge if you have the patience to wait 2-3 hours. Suddenly he stopped ordering bloodwork for Hashimotos? He told me to have my primary care doctor order it, then fax it to him. I did do that in June 2021. He finally called in September 2021 but refused to alter the “too high” dose, so I left. He’s too old to practice and NOBODY wants to spend half a day waiting, for a refill from an endocrinologist that doesn’t order bloodwork. It’s the most ridiculous day and NOBODY calls back in a reasonable time frame. 3 MONTHS after several voicemails and a fax from another doctor? That’s malpractice. My primary care doctor still hasn’t change the dose either. That’s malpractice. I ended up at a walk in clinic because I was shaking, sweating and unable to sleep. Letting me have a stroke isn’t ideal. Physicians One (Manchester) had me D/C the Liothyrine, and all is well now. Healthcare is a nightmare. Nobody cares at all.

I'm so upset with this doctor's office. My husband's appointment is at 4 pm and the doctor walks in at 5:39 pm.

Dr. Miller was a great doctor. And then as he got older he just didn’t care about, seeing patients on time. Walk into the exam room at 3 pm for a 2 pm appointment. Excuse always the same, busy today. Even though I just watched him doing laps around the parking lot in his lime green sneakers. And this was year after year. Took an act of God to get a prescription refilled. Every month call the drug store call doctor and maybe in 3 days you get the refill. Dr. Miller I stopped caring and so forth his staff has stopped caring. Had to find another doctor.

As a physician myself, Dr. Miller exemplifies the finest qualities one would hope to find in a doctor. He is a very skillful clinician as well as a caring, compassionate individual. Any patient could not find a finer doctor to manage their medical problems.

I just switched endocrinologists. I would have an appointment scheduled at 11am, but not leave until 2:30pm or 3pm. The appointment itself would take 5 minutes. Never felt like I made progress. Slowest office ever.

He is a Smart and attentive Do tor. I am confident in his assessment of my conditions and his recommendations. However, for over 15 years he continues to hire rude, front end receptionists. And you need to be prepared to wait 2-3 hours to be seen. He is always behind, even at 8am appointments.

No hand sanitizer in waiting room, fabric seats. No one wiping down the seats in between patients. Only 1 allowed in waiting room. Chairs in hallway, however due to the slow pace of the office, about 10 people walked right by me from other doctor offices. Let’s hope they were well visits. Not a great feeling during a pandemic.

As many others have said: a lovely man and a good doctor but you will wait at least an hour, even if you’re the first patient of the day. (I’m waiting now. Decided to write a review since I’ve played all the games and checked all the news weather, and sports, and have run out of things to do. Waiting exactly 2 hours so far.) Not sure whose fault it is, but it’s very disrespectful and disruptive. It’s been this way for the 5 years I’ve been coming here. If I had to visit more than once a year I’d change doctors.

The office staff will tell you that he has changed the way he manages his schedule, you dont have to wait, etc. But it hasnt changed, in fact I think its become worse. Like the other reviews, I've spent 3 hours waiting one too many times. Most recently I had an 8:00 appt, first one of the day (thats all I would do), and I arrived to find lights out and door locked. I waited 15 min in parking lot, and finally left. Then they had the audacity to charge me a missed appt fee? He is a nice man, but he is COMPLETELY OBLIVIOUS to time. I'm sorry, I cant invest 4 hours for a 20 min exam. I'm out.

Dr. Miller has no care or respect for his patients' time. I have waited in his office for up to as long as 3 hours at a time, and the receptionists will willingly offer you this information when you arrive for an appointment. A doctor that does not value my time is very concerning and exhibits a real lack of compassion, which is an extremely important thing to have as a doctor.

Arrived for a 4:30 pm appt to find that another patient was just being seen for her 3:00 appt ! I rescheduled for another day only to be called the night before and I was told they double booked me for an 8 AM appt !.. The office was closed, not opened yet - no lights, no staff at 8:10 am There were actually 3 patients there for the 8 am time slot. Love him, but they cannot logistically run their office in a professional manner.. I wonder what time Dr. Miller actually arrived.... I left before 8:30, went back to bed and will be looking for another MD....

I've been going to Dr Miller for many years. The wait is always very long and I find disrespecful of people's time. Dr. Miller may have been a good doctor but the staff has become increasing incompetent which is frustrating. I will find another doctor.

Dr. Miller is an excellent diabetes doctor and spends a great amount of time with me. Dr. Miller is a brilliant, thoughtful, and compassionate diabetes doctor. He has helped me with my diabetes for over twenty-five years. Dr. Miller is an extremely sought-after diabetes doctor and unfortunately, the wait times in his office are very long. The office should do a better job regarding time management.

Dr. Miller is a lovely man and goes out of his way to spend the necessary time with a patient. However, the consistent 1-2 hour waiting times, incomplete and missing chart information and the general lack of preparation and follow-up have caused me to lose trust in this practice. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone and I'm moving to another practice.

Dr. Miller is a nice man and a good doctor, but keeps you waiting for scheduled appointments for up to 2 hours. If you have time to waste sitting around for him, then I recommend him as a doctor. If you don't, look elsewhere.

Dr. Miller is a great doctor and will spend a lot of time with patients but other staff and office personnel are very rude and do not get back to you. I was put on insulin 4x day and can barely get calls back for follow-up from anyone. I’m sure Dr. miller would get back but he probably has no clue what is going on with office, they are probably rudest and most unprofessional ppl I have ever seen and I am NOT a high maintenance person!
