Telephone office staff
I had an appointment scheduled with Tracey on 11/15/2022 at 10am. The office had rescheduled my original appointment of 10/25 because the Tracey was not available that day. When I got in my car at 9:10am I had a problem with it and couldn't make it. I called to cancel and had 11 calls ahead of me. So I waited. 30 minutes later a young woman answered the phone and asked me to wait while she checked a patient out and put me back on hold. I waited another 5 minutes and then the call was disconnected. By this time it was 10am. I called again and there were 10 callers ahead of me. It was pointless for me to waste another 30 minutes waiting to cancel an appointment that has now past. I was pretty frustrated and hung up. The office phone staff is less than efficient as far as I am concerned!

Dr. Lubritz is amazing
Dr. Joel Lubritz is a great doctor. He is passionate, kind, and knowledgeable. He made sure to go over my options and I liked that he encouraged the less invasive option, which other doctors in the past had kept pushing for me to do more invasive procedures. I can actually breathe now thanks to Dr. Lubritz! It has been over a year since my procedure and I am still doing great.

I'm not sure how he is as a Doctor but I have been having pronounced and reoccurrence epistaxis, nose bleeds. Been to ER two times where they were unsuccessful to determine why it was happening and how to stop them. Both told me I need to see an ENT. I called his office based on who my insurance covers. I talked to a young lady and explained what was going on. She put me on hold and came back and said he won't see me for this. I said he's an ENT, why won't he see me. Her reply was "My office manager said we won't see you for that and the you need to go back where they originally treated you. I can't keep going back to the ER. I called my insurance company for advice and she stated it's in his title ENT, ear, nose and throat. I guess they have the staff diagnose first before they see their patients, must be nice to be so picky on who they want to treat.

Dr. Lubritz is a phenomenal doctor. He went above and beyond for me. He's very compassionate and treated me like a person. He addressed, and took into consideration, All of my concerns. He even took the time to explain everything to me and my husband. He is by far the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by. His assistants and staff are excellent. They are also very considerate and thorough. The surgery center is also a very pleasant place. And they provided a very comfortable environment. I am very satisfied with the results of the surgeries he performed. I will highly recommend him every time.

PA Tracy was good. Unfortunately due to front desk staff Erika and back office ma Sarah and how immature they are and rude we will not be back. Staff here gives horrible patient care and makes this office as a private practice a bad name. The office manager needs to see who she really is hiring or give them extra training.

Dr. Joel Lubritz preformed surgery on my nose to correct deviated septum. The surgery was a success and I can breath good for the first time in years. Thank you! Also thank you to your staff who work under crazy conditions to make it all happen!

Waited 3 months for the appointment. The information our referring Doctor sent was not uploaded and not included in the appointment notes. The PA was not helpful in obtaining the notes and the test results that were ordered ahead of the appointment. Out Doctors office had to call the case worker who acknowledged she had failed to look at the file notes and provide in the doctors notes/file. In addition, both the PA and Office Manager displayed unprofessionalism when discussing the office preparedness and willingness to assist or show care and concern.

My doctor gave me a referral for Dr. Lubritz and I regretted not looking at the reviews first. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude and unfriendly. She has no costumer service, and I have to ask why such a person was hired to interact with sick patients. She offered me an appointment for two months, but considering how awful she was over the phone I declined and decided to look for a different doctor. I can't speak for the quality for Dr. Lubritz himself, but based on my experience as well as others, I'd find a more qualified employee to serve his patients if I were him.

I have had a problem with my nose since flying fighter jets for 30 years. I met with Dr. Lubritz about 4 months ago and had nose surgery for severely deviated septum about 3 months ago. I could not be happier with the results. Not only is Dr. Lubritz a doctor who is friendly and very thorough with informing you of all options and potential results, but his staff is equally as pleasant to work with. I can finally breathe! It also seems my allergies are much less severe this summer. He was very clear in telling me clearing up my allergies would not be a "result" from the surgery, but I would be able to breathe better. The post-op is "uncomfortable" for about 10 days but his staff was great in answering any concern, and Dr. Lubritz was personal enough that I would not have any problem (and neither would he) in asking to speak with him at any point in my recovery. I have no problem using my name in the review. He is the best in my book.

I have been to the office for a number of visits. The waiting area is often very congested but that's probably a reflection of how popular he is. I rarely had to wait more than a few minutes after my scheduled appoint time to be called back. The back office staff are very pleasant and efficient. Dr Lubritz is very pleasant and professional. He takes the time to answer all questions and doesn't rush decision making process. He performed septoplasty and, though I am still recovering, I can breath better than ever before! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
