Really Great Dr
Dr. Hurt was quick with the required procedures, and quick with additional follow up procedures that basically made my knee replacement a success. I really appreciate his staff working with the complicated condition my knee was in, and their willingness to accommodate my requests. It all added up to a great outcome!

Unprofessional
This Doctor is a joke.My wife was diagnosed with torn meniscus and bakers cyst.Dr Hurt told us once the meniscus was fixed the fluid would not leak into the cyst and it would go away.I found out after the fact most doctors address the cyst while I fixing the meniscus. After 5 monthly visits(cyst still not gone)doctor just keep saying give it more time. Finally today on tele visit which he did not immediately get on phone(put his minion on phone first)he says it’s the arthritis in the knee(which was never mentioned throughout whole process till now)is basically causing the pain. All this arthritis built up over the last 6 months since surgery.Total BS.He also informed us we were welcome to go somewhere else. Now that he got insurance $ for useless surgery he’s basically done. This guy lie to my wife and my face on numerous visits saying it would go away.Bottom line Dr.Hurt is a liar who will any bs he can to do surgery then pawn you off to someone else with his excuses.Worst doctor I’ve deal

Reverse Shoulder Joint Replacement
First of all, Dr. Hurt is a nice and caring doctor. I had a reverse shoulder replacement about 8 years ago. His PA Harrington took over my case and I saw him. He was not a very nice person. About 7 yrs after surgery, had a sore pop up on my shoulder. Dr. Hurt identified it as acne P, a bacteria that got into the wound during surgery. My surgery option was to have new joints installed and clean out, but no guarantee that that would get all the hiding bacteria and I would be in worse condition than before. I've been taking antibiotics and will be the rest of my life. Dr. Hurt said that I got it during surgery and was sorry.

Bone spur
Dr. Hurt is awesome. Not a Dr. that starts with surgery as an option. The first Dr. I went to for pain in my shoulder wanted to do surgery right away. I went Dr. Hurt for a second opinion. He looked at the X-ray and saw the bone spur. He said lets try physical therapy FIRST. The physical therapy worked. No more pain and no surgery needed. THANK YOU, THANK YOU Dr. Hurt. You are the best. God Bless you !!!
