Dr Graves is great, but I’m seeing another ENT because of issues with the office manager. I drove an hour and 10 minutes for a long standing scheduled appointment, only to be told to “reschedule” because I couldn’t have my 2 year old along with me, due to covid restrictions. Mind you, the voicemail instructions only stated “One PARENT per patient”(said nothing about a sibling)and my 2 year old was in a small stroller with a pacifier. Had they both been patients, would I have been able to schedule their appointment together?? I’m sure, as I’ve done that many other places! I understand covid restrictions have made many things complicated, but the office managerwas rude and flippant. She didn’t care what I had to say. The hypocrisy of the entire situation is almost comical! I was stopped at the building entrance and told to call upstairs to see if they had the extra “waiting area”, meanwhile, I’m on hold on the phone trying to keep my 3 year old distanced from others. Absolutely ludicrous

I am disappointed in response, lack of concern for past patients! Regardless of how many times I told staff urgency of getting my granddaughter in, I was put off. Funny how I couldn't get past your front desk but another doctor took the time to listen, respond and help.
