Dr. Jodi Simkins, MD

She literally save my life. I can be grateful enough for everything that she did for me.

I had been a patient for a while but I never felt like my health concerns were ever heard with Dr Simkins - she never made eye contact and on most visits I felt like I was being treated as livestock, not as a person. On more than one occasion, I arrived at the office only to find that the tech who draws blood was not there for my scheduled appointment which was specifically to have blood drawn. On more than one occasion, either the nurse or doctor "fat-shamed" me - I'm a man & have a BMI that hovers around 24 to 26, so I'm not morbidly obese. Also, the office staff is a little crazy; I've had charges from their office on my card several times that had to be refunded. Seriously not worth the headache.

I would not recommend using this doctor. I was prescribed multiple medications for the same ailments. When I had a negative reaction the Dr. was not available for a phone consultation. When an appointment was set, I was kept waiting for over an hour without ever being told how long the wait would be. I want to use a doctor that cares about their patients

I've been to this office a handful of times. I kept giving it a shot because I liked the concept of an "integrative" practice. The last time I went, just for a physical, I waited nearly 2 hours! Most of that time in the examination room. It was rude. By that point in the day, the staff should have known that I would experience a wait. Calling to let me know to either arrive later, or possibly reschedule, would have been appreciated. Especially since my time with the doctor lasted all of 5 minute

This doctor's office truly left me shocked and disappointed. As a new patient I was filling out the registration documentation when I was asked for a credit card. In this day and age we are wary of getting scammed so I asked what it was for and I was told that they will submit charges if there are any. I asked them to bill me instead to avoid unnecessary interest charges. I was told that if I did not want to leave a credit card I would have to leave them $100!! I told them that I just didn't hav

Dr. Simkins is what everyone would want in a physician. She is extremely thorough, intelligent and caring. She listens to all of your concerns and addresses each one.

Dr. Simkins is by far the best physician I have ever been to. I have never been to another doctor who possess her knowledge and understanding of my health concerns, or shows the care and compassion as she does. Dr. Simkins spends as much time as needed with patients - no rushing in and out. I would recommend Dr. Simkins to anyone who is looking for the best of the best in a physician!
