Professional & Fast
I went in for a cataract evaluation already knowing that I was a candidate based on years of updates from my eye exams and conversations and research. Dr. Luchs came into the room and went to work while asking me questions and documenting the results. After the evaluation the staff completed the visit with scheduling and pricing. I am looking forward the the next visit.

Worst Surgical Coordinator
Dr. Luchs seems pleasant and competent. The receptionist is incredibly sweet. His tech assistant in PSL is fantastic. You will never be able to reach him by phone. The coordinator refuses to allow me to speak with him. He insisted on an extra trip to an allergist that I didn’t have and an EKG for a 58 yr old !!The surgical coordinator refuses to return calls, is unprofessional and completely rude. As a business owner I would lose all my clients treating them as I have been treated by her. Also don’t plan on seeing Dr Luchs after surgery as you get pawned off to someone else.

Rude, explained nothing about exam and was annoyed when I complained he was hurting me. Will never visit this practice again. It should be noted that there are 5 other doctors in this practice that I know nothing about and the office staff, front desk and techs, were lovely.

I have been seeing Dr. Luchs for twenty years and found him to be excellent! he has helped me through cataracts, diabetes related issues, glaucoma and other ocular items. He is personable, communicates extremely well, and has genuine concern for his patients! I highly recommend him!

Very rude, did not explain what exam he was going to perform on a child and got angry when they flinched. Seemed annoyed if you asked any questions. Would never return or recommend anyone.
