Simply the best!
Dr. Jodie Baptiste has been the absolute best doctor I have ever had since becoming a Kaiser patient. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and her patience and professionalism is unmatched. I am not a person who wants to take a lot of medication and Dr. Baptiste is very understanding, so she offers other ways to reduce those areas of concern. I believe that doctors should get to know their patients. It is amazing how under the conditions of working for a company that appears to only be concerned with profits instead of people that Dr. Baptiste has found a way to be both professional and personable. I adore her warmth, pleasantries and laughter whenever I have an appointment with her. She has a way of making me feel comfortable no matter the details of the visit. I believe that other doctors should model themselves after Dr. Baptiste. Her customer service is AMAZING!

Amazing Provider
Being a patient of Dr. Baptiste has been an incredible experience. She is patient, attentive and truly listens to what you are saying. I have been with her for 6 years and if only other providers could be as collaborative, responsive, decisive and possess the bedside manner that she has, doctor visits would be a completely different experience.

My visit with Dr. Baptiste is always great,she is such a patient helpful courteous enjoys her job overall just a nice person I am glad she is my doctor just what I need, personally She has been my doctor for years and not one time I was disappointed keep the smile going Dr Baptiste you are a great Dr.
