Dr. Jocelyn Lieb, MD

Dr Lieb, office manager Lindsay and receptionist Jada are the embarrassment to the society in medical field and any field out there. The office made a mistake and Dr. Lieb was very very rude to me (her patient). She should be reported for this behavior. This is not how a person in medical field should act. She should rather take a time and train her office employees and be trained herself on how to be nice to people and how to ACT as a DOCTOR. Dr. Lieb, do better next time. Dr Lieb doesn't deserve to be called a doctor.

Historically, I have had a good experience with The Skin and Laser Center. However, I was disappointed when the office charged me $50 for rescheduling an appointment when I had a fever. Admittedly, I did not call within the 24-hour window but I called as soon as I could. I would have appreciated some flexibility as I have never been a no-show or late cancelation before.

I read the previous review about how the staff dropped the ball in communicating results and then Dr. Lieb did not call to follow-up. The same thing happened to me. I have used and loved Dr. Lieb and followed her from office to office, but something changed in the last move. It is very sad.

I had a growth for approx. six years and was told it was a cyst by Dr Lieb. The cyst turned out to be a cancerous tumor. I happened to have an appointment that week and we discussed the path report but at that point I did not have any other information. I then had a battery of tests. I sent my results to Dr. Lieb immediately and she went silent to my calls and emails. I ended up going into the walk in clinic to question PA and had her check the area. I was extremely blindsided, and verbalized to the staff I was upset Dr. Lieb never responded especially since this was a highly confusing case. I needed her professional thoughts. Dr. Lieb did call me that night after I had to complain in person. This should not have been especially given the situation. I have been a patient at this practice for many years and I would have expected more. It has been a few months now since my diagnosis and there has been no contact. In times of trouble I felt Dr. Leib dropped the ball.

The doctors are great but there was an issue with a bill that I had that was never addressed. I left countless messages for the billing department and nobody got back to me to resolve this issue. Due to the lack of transparency on my bill and no communication I will not be coming back and will advise my entire group of friends who are local to the area to not come back as well. Very disappointed in how this was handled.

Great doctor, horrible office. Staff is not polite, trying to get your health records is a nightmare. Long wait times as well.

Dr. Lieb is a wonderful and caring doctor. She is generous with her time, thorough, very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. You could not ask for more!

After hearing many praises about Dr Lieb, I went to see her about an unusual, painful, itchy rash. Although she seemed uninterested in my problems, I still thought she would follow up with me during this difficult time. This was a few months ago. I called and sent faxes to her office many times, but she never followed through. Would not recommend Dr Lieb, especially in a crisis situation.

Dr. Lieb is outstanding!! She listens, takes her time (I've never felt rushed) and performed a procedure immediately - on my first visit. Another Dermatologist last year told me it would take severals visits over time to do what Dr. Lieb took care of in my first visit. She's amazing. Very down-to-earth, anything but condescending. And...she runs a super-efficient practice (very little wait time) with a delightful staff! So lucky to have found this wonderful doctor!

I was totally misled about how the charges would be handled for my procedure and then I get surprised by a hefty bill from a lab. The office told me they would never have said what I was told and told me the bill was my responsibility. Totally unprofessional.

Dr. Lieb's service and staff are outstanding. I've never experienced a medical practice run as efficiently and professionally as Dr. Lieb's. I wish all doctors were like Dr. Lieb. She is so good which is probably why it's difficult to get an appointment with her.

She is very through, capable and knowledgeable. She also does a create job with stitches to leave virtually no scarring. Highly recommend. She is a doctor who really cares about her practice and patients.

I have been to several dermatologists and have never met one that even comes close to Dr. Lieb. Hands down she is the best. She is so patient and knowledgeable and really took the time to review and answer all my questions. Her office staff go out of their way to help and make you feel comfortable, which creates a very positive environment throughout her practice. Highly recommend!

Been a patient of Dr. lieb for quite some years she is very patient great bedside manner great listener and artist at her cosmetic work would not go to anybody else for any other procedures she knows her stuff fillers Botox and also a great dermatologist.... And she is extremely gentle of giving any type of cosmetic needles or any other injections would not go to anybody else

Great atmosphere in the office. Dr. Lieb has fantastic bedside manner. She's always willing to listen and help with whatever issue is plaguing you. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs derma help.
