I would recommend her.
My experience with Dr. Dunham over the last 6 years or so has been very positive. I find her proactive with treatment and getting to the bottom of an issue. She listens to what I have to say and answers questions thoroughly.

Twenty-Two years Family Doctor
My latest visit was for an annual checkup. Every year, she is very thorough in going over blood results, makes recommendations to local specialist where required. With two boys, 12 and up until they moved out, including soccer injuries. My wife and myself for ow senior citizen testing and follow ups. She is very nice, very friendly, covers all issues with explanations and has follow ups where necessary. I highly recommend her.

Should NOT be in a Profession of Healing
It is very clear that Dr. Dunham does not respect the feelings or emotions of her patients. As others have said, she is not open-minded, nor is she supportive or gentle with her approach to patient care. I have always felt rushed and that my concerns are not valued by her. Being in a profession of healing, I hope to feel encouraged and supported, however; I was yelled at and told that my expectations are unrealistic. As a patient simply concerned with taking care of my health and trying to seek medical assistance in healing my injuries, I would not recommend Dr. Dunham. I truly feel she may be in the wrong profession.

Would not recommend
Not impressed. She does not respect other thoughts on treatment - similar to the pompous and arrogant comment from others. I prefer looking at options to treat the reason for the problem, not taking prescriptions to dull/mask the symptoms. Also, overheard her speaking to a patient over the phone from the front office desk - saying their name and test results. I would expect my doctor to treat my results in a confidential matter and have such conversations in an area that other patients/people could not overhear the conversation.

I have been very happy with the care that Dr. Dunham has provided me over the last 6 years. She has helped me to maintain and lower my A1C, monitored my overall health and when necessary to help me find affordable rx options/pharmacies for cost reasons.

She is a phenomenal doctor that has become our family doctor. For a 16 year old to say she only wants to see her because she trusts her says a lot. We all trust her. Always gives you the patient centered and specific care that you need. Recommend her to all my friends.

AVOID THIS DOCTOR Today I went in as a new patient trying to find a doctor close to home. My main reason to come in was to get a refill on my anxiety medication. As she looked at my paperwork she noticed that my medication list was not complete. I had simply forgot to fill in the MGs. I apologized and grabbed my phone where I had a list. Instead of being patient with me she snapped at me (A COMPLETE STRANGE) saying I was wasting her time. She was not caring at all or PATIENT. Find a real DR!

I saw Dr. Dunham for a year. She was treating my hypothyroidism. Unfortunately, I was not warned that I should NOT take my thyroid hormone the morning of testing. So, they ended up reducing my dosage when in reality I was actually *desperately* in need of an increase. The amount of T4 I needed was over twice what she was prescribing and the amount of T3 was 6 times what she was prescribing. I had the most miserable year of my life while I was seeing her.

I have been seeing Dr. Dunham for about 15 years, and her office is consistently accommodating for critical, last minute appointments and compassionate regarding insurance and billing issues. Dr. Dunham is highly competent managing and coordinating care in difficult cases, and is expert in thinking "outside the box" and being extremely thorough.

My husband, myself and both our grown children are patients of Dr. Dunham's and have been for 16 years. She is a highly competent doctor. She listens to you, talks with you (not at you) and allows you to participate in treatment decisions when you want to. She is very intelligent, yet doesn't look down on you. She greets with a smile and an upbeat, positive attitude. She treats you like family. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Dunham is the most caring physician I have ever met. She and her staff are very professional yet down-to-earth and caring. She explains everything; she does her research on your problem as well as other physicians to refer you to if needed. I feel so blessed to have found this wonderful lady and her staff. My husband and I have been her patients for15+ years. She follows up on your visit. We love this medical professional.

I made an appointment with this Dr. after my Dr. of 5+ years retired. Experience was HORRIBLE. A complete nightmare. Staff was rude. I was not billed correctly for an annual physical and when I called to question the charge, I was told that even though I only had ONE appointment with Dr. Dunham, they were able to charge me for an annual visit (covered 100% by my insurance) AND an office visit since we talked about my health (this cost me over $90.00). I feel that this Dr. scammed me.
