Cortisone shots
Seemed the doctor was in a hurry and needed to get my appointment finished quickly. She apologized for placing the needle through a vein and told me I'd get a bruise. And yes I did. Very pleasant and nice doctor. Looking forward to my next visit hoping it's a little more relaxed.

The best surgeon in every aspect.
Dr. Compton has done three wrist surgeries as well as cortisone shots on me. I would never go to anyone else. She is so competent and very personable. Excellent experience each appointment.

Competent, Complacent and lots of Ego
After 45 minute interview and 3rd Dr. I interviewed, Dr. Compton had no data to support her estimated 95% success rate. Her qualifications for a successful surgery is “no more pain”. Unfortunately her 95% success rate INCLUDES loss of grip , loss of strength and reduced use of the hand. Her bar for determining a successful surgery is very low. Also, mentioned all bets are off if a second surgery is needed to regain hand function. She also does not measure grip or hand strength “before” the surgery therefore, there’s no baseline to compare the success of the surgery against. She showed great confidence in the process, to the point that made me concerned of possible complacency.

Total satisfaction
First appt., Dr. C and her team made me feel comfortable. Went over X-ray, explained thoroughly issues, options, expectations. She allowed me time to decide. Very helpful information. Would recommend her to ones who need her care and treatment. Appreciate you and yours.

Carpal tunnel surgery.
Everything was great. Dr Compton explained it and listened and took precautions about my meds. Surgery took I think all of 15 minutes in office and I was able to walk on crutches the following day without any issues.. And it was a success from the first day.. No more tingling hand..

Great Orthopedic Doctor
Dr Compton has treated my thumb at the wrist with two cortisone injections into the joint. The first one lasted almost 6 months! That’s a record for me. She makes the injection quick and almost painless. She is very personable while maintaining her professionalism. I’d recommend her to anyone.

Pain free at last!
Dr. Compton listens! She did what three previous doctor s did not do. She listened to me, had a test run that showed exactly what I had been complaining about. She did the surgery and I am now pain free. Can’t begin to tell how amazing that is! Thank you Dr. Compton!

I broke my right arm, referred to Dr Compton. I was nervous about my arm. She was professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, supportive. Everything you’d want in a physician . Texting left handed which is a bit difficult.

Painful hands

Shattered my wrist, ER in the hospital did zero to get me e surgeon. Their referred doctor had more that a week wait for inicial consultation (!).I called Orthopedic and Fracture Specialists knowing about the clinuc from a previous referral. Dr Compton's team found and studied my X-rays and inmediately she scheduled me for consultation and surgery, within 4 days of my call she did the procedure. Amazing dedicated surgeon!
