The worst doctor experience I have ever had
She was incredibly rude and patronizing. Wouldn’t let me finish a sentence, belittled me, accused me of being “having issues with doctors”, and refused to order the test I requested to do a health check up. I found her to be abusive and should not be entrusted to care for patients.

Dr Chang was incredibly rude. She cut me off and told me to stop talking multiple times. I don't think I got a single complete thought out during my visit with her. I waited close to an hour after my appointment time to see her and then got about 5-10 minutes of time with her, where I wasn't allowed to say anything - very off-putting! She said she was having a busy day, but my husband had a similar experience with her when he went in for a sinus infection 2 weeks ago, so I don't think it is an isolated incident. A doctor who cannot listen to her patients is not a good doctor in my opinion.

I just got back from seeing Dr. Chang and will do my best not to see her again. She was flippant, rude and did not even listen to me. She might have had a long day but she should not take it out on the patient.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chang since 2003. I have found her to be an excellent Doctor. She is an amazing Osteopath! Her care is always thorough and she helps me to look at my physical health in a holistic fashion. She has updated and upgraded her office and systems to keep up with the demands of the Affordable Care Act. I have ALWAYS been able to count on her both during times of illness as well as just well-patient checks. I highly recommend Dr. Chang!

Dr. Chang really takes the time to get to listen to me and answers any questions that I may have. The office staff is also very kind and courteous. I would recommend Dr. Chang to anyone.

Dr. Chang is very thorough and in depth. She makes sure to look at all past history and get to the root cause - not just give you some medication to make the problem go away. The amount of time she spends with us is more than I expected.
