I had a heart attack and Dr Martinez-Arraras put in 3 stents. His care during and after my heart attack have been excellent. Not only is there a sense of genuine concern for his patients, every question is addressed and care is taken to make sure you understand your condition as well as the reason for each medication. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Martinez.

Dr. Martinez is very knowledgeable and his patients are well cared for. However, the staff of the entire cardiology group make it hard to contact him/his nurse for any questions. Their scheduling is a nightmare! Then wait time for an appointment usually takes over 2 hours.

Dr. Martinez -Arraras is an excellent cardiologist. I developed AFIB two years ago and he has kept my AFIB under control for two years. He has always made me feel positive about my condition and always takes time to answer my questions. I highly recommend him! My husband also has a recent heart condition and thinks very highly of him also.

I spoke with Dr. Martinez on a Tuesday night. He had me scheduled for an ultrasound the next day at 4:00. He even had his wonderful scheduler meet me at the reception desk when I arrived. I waited maybe five minutes before being called in for the ultrasound. I was then scheduled to meet with Dr. Martinez the next day (Thursday) at 11:45am. Didn't wait more than 10 minutes. He gave me the good news and the bad news. He was kind, gracious and patient. Dr. Martinez and his staff are first class.

Very knowledgeable, very compassionate, took time to explain his findings, what he wanted to do, and did not waste time getting started. Placed three stents in the L.A.D. artery and saved my life. I feel he is an extremely good doctor and a great man . THANK YOU.

Dr Martinez has been entrusted to my family members' needs for many years, unfortunately we have not actually seen the physician in several visits. The last 4 visits have been countless waiting rooms and inefficiency. Waited over 2 hours, paid the copay and was not even seen or taken out of the waiting room. We had to scramble to find an MD to give cardiac clearance before a needed surgery because Dr. Martinez cancelled our appointment the week before a scheduled procedure. We will not be back.

Dr Martinez is a great Dr but I feel like his staff is terrible. They're not friendly at all. In fact they're rude. Don't return calls promptly. Sometimes don't return calls at all. I feel like they change appointments a lot and/or schedule appointments too far off after an important procedure.
