Dr langton scheduled some test march 31 I have to have proir authorization I have had to reschedule test I know my insurance has not received this request from her I have contacted people from the hospital were test was being done they have tried contacting her without reply I can't get ahold of anyone from this office only been able to leave messages they seemed nice when I went for my appointment on March 31 I just can't seem to be able to contact anyone to get test done that she ordered

Dr Langton takes the time to listen to my concerns and addresses each one. Best endocrinologist I have been to in 20 years.

I have been see her for a year or so now and at first she seemed a little rude but thought she's having a bad day. She had labs ordered all the usual. I've done them every 3 months and then out of the blue I'm told that her office did the coding wrong and I'm being charged$300.00 for blood work and won't even get all of it done cause they don't do vit D for everyone. I was on 2 different thyroid meds one I take twice a day and when I ran out of meds I called for refills and they only called in vit D and one thyroid med. Every time I call to ask about my meds or labs I'm told I have to talk to her at next appointment. Problem is I can't get next appointment till next January.

The office staff is rude and unprofessional. I had a couple of cancelations and a no show due to health reasons and they REFUSED to see me now. Refusal of treatment is not a professional way to conduct a business.

I wanted to get an appointment with Dr. Langton but was told by the person who answered the phone that they are accepting veterans as patients at this time. WTH. Was wondering if there was a sign on the lawn that says "Dogs and GIs stay off the Grass". Thanks for your support.

Great Endo, Has helped me tons with all my auto-immune diseases. Couldn't be where I am to now without her help and understanding! She is kind, soft spoken, knowledgeable, and thorough!

Complete indifference. I had a low blood sugar episode (type 1 diabetes since 1996, well controlled and no complications). This episode could have been fatal. Rather than see me at all herself, she had me see the insulin pump trainer, who was very helpful and DID figure it out, but she never offered to see me herself. That is inexcusable to me. I am going to someone in Knoxville. I've had enough! She barely talks to you when you see her.

If you are searching for an endocrinologist try Dr. Langton. She was our family endo from 02 until my husband passed in 09. She's an excellent physician who not only provided top quality care but also took time to listen, clearly answered questions, expressed genuine concern and assisted us with additional diabetes resources. But more than that, she has heart for her patients, staff and her profession. The care, love & concern shown by the Dr & her staff far exceeded all our expectations.

I am very pleased with her. She has helped me significantly with my hypothyroidism & high blood sugar. She listens to how I feel & I never feel rushed. I thought my previous Endo Dr was good, but Dr Langton is great!
