Dr. Joanne Francis, MD

For my yearly checkup visit, the staff and doctor were friendly, efficient and comprehensive. This was my first visit to this doctor. I have a disease of the cornea, so I was glad to learn that Dr. Francis specializes in corneas.

I think the cohesiveness of the staff and the experience kind of showed. All the staff worked well together and all seemed quite informed.

I have been a patient of the prior 2 doctors for over 26 years & Dr. Francis today proved to be an excellent successor to bothe of my prior doctors. She was informative, answered questions, discussed my issues and changes she saw from my prior exam. She did not try to rush through but showed concern and interest in my infornation and answered questions. I am very pleased to have met her and intend to stay with her, hopefulky for years to come.

I have a serious eye infection that has gone on for over a month. After seeing my Optomotrist 4Xs, I requested to see a specialist. Dr. Francis was easy to talk with and listened to what I had to say. She didn't just cut me off. She took plenty of time with me. The office staff is very nice as well.

One thing that stood out to me is that everyone in the office was very friendly. Also Dr Francis REALLY stood out to me. I could tell She's VERY INTELLIGENT, VERY THOUGHTFUL, KIND And A SWEETHEART of a Doctor and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Her to any patient Having Problems with Their Cornea. She's in the process of helping me with My Scratched cornea. WITH THE GOOD LORD'S HELP and Doctor Francis, I BELIEVE We're going to get this situation corrected. You won't go wrong by visiting Dr Joanne Francis. Again I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Her.

Dr. Francis was recommended to give urgent care to the right cornea which included immediate surgery in her office to correcr the cornea problem at that time. I was accepted and received much needed care. I received timely care on the same day. The urgent care needed then was explained in a caring way. The staff was considerant of my needs at the time.
