Dr. Garritano was thorough, easy to talk to, thoughtful and carefully discussed possible options -- both pros and cons -- for treatment of my condition. She is one of the best and kindest physicians I've encountered during more than 20 years as a Kaiser patient.

Started the appointment put well, so I thought but it was all fake and a facade! I spent 8 hours seeing her in urgent care, I thought she was trying to help, but by the end of the appointment she showed her true racist colors! I asked to leave after my last test because I was tired of being there, hadn't ate, was in pain and ready to go home, she came in and told me, nothing was wrong with me anyways, she wasn't giving me any pain meds she knows that's what I want, and she spent all day bending over backwards for me by what I thought was doing her job! She assumed I wanted her pain medication when all I wanted was to go home, she was very rude and condescending in the end, it erased everything she had done all day, I now don't ever want to return to kaiser or see her ever again and I hope no other person especially of color gets her!
