Thorough. I have some eye issues that I have been going to another doctor for and remained undiagnosed or was given treatment that was not spot on. Dr. Reed, upon my first appointment knew exactly what was going on and the appropriate treatment. What I really like also about this clinic is that whenever I call a nurse is available. I have had questions about coding that the insurance company needed to let me know what would be covered. That department called me back in 30 minutes or less each time. Unfortunately, the patient waiting area is atypical. It’s not very comfortable or welcoming. No staff is stationed in that immediate area. That might be questionably OK once one gets used to it. I don’t know.
