Dr. Joann O'Keefe, MD

Not good.

This is one of the finest doctors I’ve ever met in my life both as a doctor and as a person and a human being. We talked a lot and she answered all my questions and asked me questions. I really enjoyed every visit that I ever had with her. She is the best physician I’ve ever seen in my life.

The workers in her office are rude and so is Dr. O'Keefe. I've never had a good experience with her and finally found another doctor. The last time I saw her, she found out I worked at a wedding magazine and literally spent about 95 percent of the appointment telling me all about her daughter's wedding at The Greenbrier, how her husband had to pay for her daughter's wedding The Greenbrier and how her daughter is prettier than Jim Justice's daughter, the first person to get married at The Greenbrier's new chapel. And I had to pay to hear that. My first story about her is even more egregious but too long to tell. Can't believe she is still practicing. Only gave her one star because I had to.

I have been with Dr. Joann O'Keefe for 3 years and I have full faith in her. She has her patients best interest at heart and will do all she can to diagnose and treat her patient's ailments. Her wait list is a few months, so if your needing to get in for a more serious problem have your family physician call in to schedule an appointment and put an order in for any tests you may need, such as colonoscopy and endoscopy. I trust Dr. Joann O'Keefe so much so that my mother and brother now see her too and they, like me, will go no where else for our gastro needs.

Waited 6 months for my appt. The day came and because of mix up of directions, we were 10 min late....She said I could not see Dr. O'Keefe till September now, that's 5 more months of waiting...or I could have waited in the waiting room to see if she would fit me in ...We drove over an hour to Morgantown for this appt. I think this was very rude.

Dr o'Keene has been my doctor for years. She is so personable and very knowledgeable. She puts you at ease right away. Her office staff is very professional. I would highly recommend her.
