This is the first doctor that made my kid and myself feel like she had a little control in her own care and diagnosis. Both of my kids felt incredibly comfortable with Dr. Tsang!

Over the past 6 years she has dismissed my concerns for my children regarding sleep disordered breathing and severe eczema. She minored their symptoms and told me they would grow out of it and refused to order more test or refer us to someone else until I demanded it, but we’ve now found care elsewhere. She does the bare minimum and doesn’t like to look any deeper or consider that something more might be going on.

At first, we were very impressed with Dr. Tsang and the care she was providing for our daughter. She was attentive and seemed to be on top of everything. That has stopped now, and Dr. Tsang is refusing to refer us to a Hematologist, who is the ONLY doctor qualified to diagnose hereditary spherocytosis, a deadly condition if left undiagnosed that my daughter has an 80% chance of having.
