Disgusting, they cancelled my appointment when I was 5 min away from the place. I call them to let them know I was gonna be 5 min late, and I requested to reschedule the appointment when I was driving to the place like 30 mins before the appointment and the person at the phone told that I can still going and then another person called me asking me that I can not go to the appointment because the doctor was busy and he wanted to leave early and my process was gonna take long and they didn’t wanna be in a rush, I was literally 5 min away, and the place where the office is located is 55 miles away from my house. Driving for more than 1 hour to see this doctor and when I was almost there, they cancelled the appointment. Not very professional, they should of tell to reschedule the appointment when I first called them.

Very disheartening to leave him a negative review but his staff needs some more training in customer service. I had a issue spring up postpartum and also had another issue unrelated and through my insurance found him. He has amazing ratings so I was elated he was located nearby as well. Well, I called after their opening hours, gave my information and issues and was suddenly told their systems were done and they would call me back soon. I waited for hours and called for a follow up...maybe they forgot? Nope. Systems were apparently still down. I called once more before closing and was told its still down and they will call tomorrow. They never did. I waited until noon the next day and when she answered she sounded annoyed it was me and then told me it's still down. I questioned her like it's been down over 24 hours and you're still taking calls? She tells me it's down for new patients. Girl, c'mon. Just say you don't want to be bothered. Very unprofessional and lied for no reason.

Dr Alvarez is a great Dr. Very patient, great listener and makes sure to explain in detail what going on with me.

It has taken me some time to finally sit down and write this review, mostly because it's taken this long to actually come to terms with the absolutely terrible experience I had and also because I wanted to wait and speak with several other obgyn doctors to make sure that there was nothing I missed on my end. It was easy to book an appointment. The ladies in the office were extremely respectful and the Dr addressed all my concerns even though he was a bit cold but it will not prevent me from going back.

No woman i know enjoys going to the OBGYN but this office makes the experience as easy as it going to get! Dr. Alvavez is awsome and im not the easiest patient. He listens and takes his time explaining.

Very professional, always are seen in a timely manner, the Doctor is courteous and respectful. The best Doctors office I've been too!

Dr. Alvarez is always very professional and easy to talk to. I don't feel rushed when I come in to see him and always leave with all my questions answered. He also seems like he is great with his employees, and very approachable. Dr. Alvarez is very attentive and addressed with clarity all my health concerns. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. And they always see on time, this is rare and priceless

Dr. Joan Alvarez is AWESOME, has WONDERFUL bedside manner, a great sense of humor and is very patient. He also is very informative and direct. Very nice and charming as well. He was VERY detailed with me about my care and options and respected ALL my decisions along the way. He was VERY patient with me and respected my BIRTH PLAN! He respected my decisions about everything and never complained about leaving the hospital 3 different times within 2 days because I wasn't ready to deliver.

Went in to discuss birth control methods and had a very fast, pain-free experience with a Mirena insertion. Wonderful doctor and staff. He answered all of my questions thoroughly.
