Kidney surgery and urolift surgery
The best doctor I have ever met. I don’t have words to explain. After my urolift surgery the next day I had problems, I had to go to ER. as soon as I started to hurt. I called him and texted him, he told me to go to the ER right away. The best thing I liked was that he called the ER to take me in right away. They took me in within 20 minutes. even though there were people waiting outside for more than 3 to 4 hours. as I sent is the best doctor I have ever met. Thank you, thank you, thank you, I don’t think I can thank him enough!

State of the Art procedures
I have been working with Dr. Patel for 8 years this December. I have had multiple surgeries for a major problem after another doctor told me there was no hope. I believe we are working with the state of the art processes and procedures and I trust Dr. Patel totally as he has come through for me again and again.

Spoke with Kim Ryans receptionist who went over and above expectations to help with rescheduling an failed appointment . Waited 2 and half hours to be seen. She was very courteous and showed empathy while listened to my concerns. Great customer service on her part.

Been a patient of Dr Patel since Aug 2013. On my first visit with kidney issues Dr Patel ordered ultrasound, read and ordered more detailed ultrasound, read and sent me for a CT scan and asked me to return with the file for him to read. In his office he told me I had cancer in my left kidney. He scheduled me for a cystoscopy, stone removal, stent, stent removal, left partial or radical nephrectomy and follow ups. This was all done on first office visit. He tried for hours in surgery to repair my left kidney, but could not establish sufficient blood flow so it had to be removed. The guy has followed me now nearly 7 years and kept me in good health with other minor fixes here and there. Even though he has dozens of Drs, PAs, and nurses, along with many offices in the Atlanta metro area, he still sees me twice a year and is a great doctor and a great friend. Have to say my wife and I love the guy. He's the reason I'm alive enjoying grandchildren today. Wish there were more than 5 stars!

From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out the Service was beyond compare!!!! Dr. Patel, Pablo, Tony, Erica and the ENTIRE staff treated me like I was the only concern on an obviously busy day. Even though I drove from South Carolina I will only come to Advanced for Urological care from now on!!

I can not praise the Advanced Urology team enough!! From the moment I walked in till the second I left, I was met only with enthusiasm, professionalism, and caring. I drove from South Carolina based on a referral from a family member. I will NEVER go to another urologist again. The care i received at AU is worth the drive. Thank you to Dr. Patel, Pablo, Tony, Erica and the entire Office staff from the clinic door to the Surgery center exit.
