Dr. Jingzi Shang, MD

I visited her 3 separate times, and she ask same questions each time. She was very cold, impersonable, had very thick accent.She seemed to get agitated when i didn't have answers to her questions. She asked why you no see peripheral (on side) i told if she could tell me we would both know and so would my eye specialist. On 3rd visit I asked if she had read my chart, she got some what agitated, I reminded her, I had a bad fall 4 years past, which my head bounced off concrete stepping stone., the numbness and tingling had gotten worse. (Ive been to 2 different hospitals and multiple specialist and none has ever checked my head or neck. (after telling onece again), She responded you need to see psychiatrist and sent me to one. The psychiatrist said nothing wrong with mental status. It sound like neurological issue. You need to see a neurology, I'm sick of getting passed around from specialist to specialist with no answers!!!!!!

Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was incompetent, didn't seem to care at all about my very concerning symptoms & was very rude to me.
