Terrible Experience
My parents doesnt speak English and thats why I chose her to be their primary doctor. Every time my parents went there for their appointment, she is very very rush and try to ask my parents to leave. She prescribed wrong meds and wrong dosage for my dad. When we look for answers, she is never there, never on my chart replying messages. She is very unfriendly to Chinese thats from my point of view. I am changing my parents primary care doctor now. She is horrible.

Gave us the run around. She said my son needed a colonoscopy but no orders were put in at mngastro. When pressed to request the order she stated we had to come back in. Why? My son was in extreme pain for 6 weeks. Went to urgent care who also agreed for the need for an urgent colonoscopy. The PA couldn't put the order in, it needed to come from Dr. Xiao. Again, Dr. Xaio said we would need to make an appointment to be seen before she would out in an urgent request.
