Dr. Shen Always speak so calmly especially when explaining about my problem her voice is soothing that takes away any anxiety or skepticism with her treatment. I am sorry that she’s moving to another location.

Dr. Shen to the rescue!
After having a hearing aid break and thinking I had lost the piece fitting in my right ear over a week ago in Mexico, I returned and had my aid repaired, but began to have pain in my ear as I inserted and used the repaired aid. I wondered if the old piece was still in my ear. I called Dr. Shen and received an appointment this afternoon where she found and removed the aid from my ear, cleaned wax from both ears and sent me on my way greatly relieved. SO RESPONSIVE!

Dr Shen is an excellent doctor. I've seen her 3-4 times in the past 2yrs, and she has really helped me with my sinus, allergy problems. She and her staff are very friendly.
