Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Patients come from diverse backgrounds and we have different health issues and lifestyles. It is important for our primary healthcare physician to respect us and NOT make assumptions and judgments. During my first visit, Dr. Jin Bryant asked if I was married. When I said I was single, she followed up by asking what I did with my time. I was shocked and let her know that I was employed with a full-time job. From that visit on, she would not actively engage or ask open-ended questions. I mentioned having a pain in my arm. She chose to ignore me even when I showed her how much it hurt to lift my arm. Absolutely no offer of support and guidance even after multiple visits. It is disappointing to see that she gets poor reviews here, but not on Norton healthcare charts.

I used to love her, but now I do not recommend
I was a patient for years. Dr. Bryant was mostly great. There were a few minor things that I didn’t like about her bedside manner, but nothing big. I recommended her to everyone. Life got busy and I did not make time to stay on top of my health, which is my fault. This summer I had a mammogram at a U of L mobile. I put Dr Bryant’s name as the person to receive the results. My results show that I need a follow up scan. I made the appointment and also heard from Dr Bryant. She was very rude on the call. Fast forward to yesterday when I get a call from the Cancer Center. They have to cancel my follow-up scan because Dr Bryant would not approve it and they have to have a doctor’s order. I understand that I did not make time for my health. However, for a doctor that I have seen and been established with to review my mammogram results, tell me to get further testing, but then refuse to approve the order…it says a lot about how little she cares. Pretty heartless.

If you want attitude she's right for you
My first visit with doc Bryant was okay to say the least. I know I'm 30 pounds over weight and she was very blunt about it. She was very rude to an intern and just seemed to have a God mentality.

Excellent Primary Care Doctor
Dr Bryant has been my Primary for 2 years now. She reads my chart before she enters; she listens; she advises; she follows up through the Norton website for patients. Excellent Dr for me.

Moved to Dr. Bryant's practice after my doctor became a concierge physician. She was just like talking to an old friend. Dr. Bryant explained the process of how to get my medications continued and thoroughly went through my history. Very personable and gives you the amount of time you need. I have since moved my husband and my mother to Dr. Bryant.

I moved here from another state and prescriptions are very different in KY. She took the time to review the procedures and ea medication I was currently on. She requested blood work to check liver prior to providing releasing script as long time use could have negative impact. I received call with results thr next day and she had already called them into thr pharmacy. The front desk can be a bit unprofessional. Not everyone is welcoming.

I love doctor Bryant. She was thorough. She walked me through how to get medicines switched from my old PCP to her. She went over every lab anomaly with me, very patiently. Her exam was quick but I didn't walk away feeling like we hadn't discussed everything that I wanted to talk about. She is the first doctor in 28 years who prescribed me with migraine medication and it has changed my life. Very conversational about what I needed from her. Felt like talking to a friend.

I made an appointment for 1pm, received a confirmation text requesting arrival at 12:40. Arrived at 12:45. After waiting to sign in I was told I was late (with a nasty attitude) and needed to reschedule My appt was at 1 but I was supposed to be there at 12:30. Text was wrong. I am finding another DR. I cannot say how Dr. Bryant was, never got to see her.

Rushed, impersonal. I moved here from Ohio. She was unwilling to manage my medications. Told me the OH doctor could continue doing so. That's completely unrealistic!
