Not concerned about patient AT ALL
Very bad bedside manner, rushed, condescending, talked down to me, didn't take my concerns at all seriously. Was more concerned with rushing through the appointment and referring me to ... surprise... their own clinic for ultrasounds and numerous other follow up things for which they could bill. Some tests I had less then 2 months ago at my cardiologist. But they wanted their own run because they wanted that billing. But... what stood out is how utterly condescending he was, how he talked down to me as if I had no idea what I was talking about and tried to make me feel stupid for asking questions. My recommendation is to find another doctor... any other doctor. Oh... also... the practice will not permit me to select another doctor from within their practice. That's 'not their policy'. Well.. no wonder... if it were, I'm certain Dr. Tran would have no patients.

Sneaky Billing
Overall Dr. Tran seems competent and I really have no complaints about his quality of service. However, his (or the center's) billing practices come across as very sneaky. Several years in a row now, my fully insured annual preventative care appointments ends with a not-insignificant bill. I talk to my insurance about this and it seems they just nickle and dime the entire visit with non-preventative billing codes. When I just sit there and don't even ask a question, how can I be billed for an 'extra long' medical visit? When I get 'prescribed' over the counter vitamins, why is that being billed as diagnostic treatment? Maybe this is normal these days, but I have lost trust at this point.

The Most Thorough Doctor I've Ever Experienced
I thought long and hard about leaving this review because I want to keep my doctor ALL TO MYSELF (don't start flooding this office). When I saw these reviews, I had to set the record straight. Dr. Tran is the TRUTH. He is thorough and most definitely a systems thinker. He ordered a battery of tests for me and put the puzzle pieces together to get a holistic understanding of my healthcare needs. I am no longer taking as many medications and feeling better than I've felt in years. This doctor is going to be real and brutally honest with you about your health and he's going to help you if you allow it. If you're looking for a doctor that speaks truth with mercy; look no further!

Had in-office visit for headaches caused by possible sinus and/or ear infection. No effort was made to diagnose, other than looking in my nose. Then he wrote multiple prescriptions to treat an array of illnesses.... infection, allergies, migraines, even referred me to eye doctor for dry eyes. I felt like I was wasting his time; when in reality it was a waste of MY time and money. Will now see an ENT for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Would never recommend Dr. Tran. My wife was VERY sick, and he was dismissive, careless, and made her feel belittled. He suggested she had a UTI, when her symptoms were related to COVID-19. My wife subsequently tested positive for Covid and had to go to another clinic to get proper care and medicines she needed. We are both relieved that we sought out a second opinion and did not rely solely on the care of Dr. Tran. We cringe to think about what might had happened if we did.
