Dr. Couch explained the reason for an ammonia lab order. I had questions and he answered my questions. I was able to comprehend it and explained the reason for the lab order to my husband. Dr. Jim Ed Couch is patient with me. I come with a list of questions and I appreciate his time.

Dr Jimmy Couch and Nurse Tonya are the best. The first time bub met dr couch, he gave dr a hug. He normally doesn't do that. So that really means a lot. I know he had issues that last time we seen you but he is doing good.

Ran tests on me that I did not need and wanted to do more but insurance wouldn't pre authorize them. Refused to prescribe migraine meds because of contraindications which was understandable but offered no alternatives while my GP did and I am headache free today.

Dr. Couch is great. His office staff is the main issue I have with his practice. They were rude to several patients that I noticed and they are completely incompetent as far as setting up appointments for tests or referrals. It was like pulling teeth to get anything done. It wasn't just us either. I told a friend about Dr. Couch and said that he was good but the office staff was not the greatest. She went to him and she liked him but told me that I was certainly right about his staff.
