Dr. Jillian Moore, MD

I couldn’t ask for a better PCP than Dr Moore. I have had several major health issues over the past few months and she has helped me, taking her time, through every single one. I am so grateful she is my doctor. She is a shining star in the medical field.

Dr. Moore is a wonderful doctor. She is very attentive and pays attention to detail. She's very understanding between her and her team they will get it done, her response time is great . I could go on and on I'm so happy to have her as a doctor for myself and my children. Thank you Dr. Moore and staff.

Dr. Moore was my father’s doctor for years. He is in his 80s. I went with him to most appointments. She was so caring and really listened to him. She would call my father at home to check on him and always returned our calls to the office promptly. He recently moved to Florida and we wish we had someone this competent and caring down there for him!

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore for many years but I would not recommend her. She has betrayed my trust by ignoring my agony with gout. This is the second time in 3 months that she NEVER returned my calls, even though she was WELL AWARE of the severity of my condition. Her staff assured me that this was communicated to her and that she would call me back by the end of the day. She DID NOT and I was forced to call the emergency number at 8:30pm. The doctor on call sent in an Rx immediately and told me that there was NO EXCUSE for Dr. Moore to not have called me and taken care of this. She said: "We don't leave our patients in pain!" I have NO CONFIDENCE in Dr. Moore's abilities or her sense of compassion! I spoke to her today and she obviously has no remorse. Also, she has insisted that I MUST LEAVE THE PRACTICE! So now I am being punished for complaining about HER LACK OF FOLLOW THROUGH! If this was a one-time thing, I could understand it, but THIS IS HER TERRIBLE STANDARD OF CARE!!

Dr Moore is everything I need in a healthcare provider. She takes as much time as necessary for me to leave correctly diagnosed or an appropriate action plan in place.

Wonderful Doctor who listens and is genuinely interested in what you as the patient have concerns with. and Laura Stannard is beyond exceptional , however I struggle with Nadine as she does not provide a lot of information or answers.

I fired this doctor and her practicioners. absolutely no listening and understanding. i was removed from an neccessary medication due to drug and alcohol rehabilitation. i was just in her office and seen nadine who removed me from nerve medication( a non narcotic ) and further more, took all my neccessary medicatins from me when i was in need of them. i know what drugs i put in my body, i was homeless and now i have nothing. beware her. i was drug tested repeated, no wrttn consent. so much more.

Very dissatisfied

she was very helpful during my wife's pregnancy and after with our daughter.

She is always concerned about your well-being and always makes herself available as soon she can. I definitely would recommend her to anyone.
