Excellent Listener and Detailed
Dr. Berkman is a very good listener and has taken all of my concerns seriously. Because my brain issues have been complex it has taken quite a bit of testing and time to figure out my best treatments. She has been with me the whole way and has been supportive. She is very thorough and excellent with follow-up details. She has also been willing to collaborate with other specialists whenever it has been needed. I appreciate her gentle way and depth of understanding so, so much.
