Good doctor -- under terrible new ownership
I was very impressed with my initial appt. with Dr. Gibson. She seemed highly competent, asked good questions and gave me confidence in her assessment and treatment plan. But since Dec. 2024 when Colorado Center for Arthritis and Osteoporosis (CCAO) sold to new ownership, service has been terrible. I believe they are now under Optum ownership. It's nearly impossible to get through to the office without first being on hold for 10-15. Only then do you reach a call center. I've had to reset my patient portal login info 3 times. And on a couple occasions when I called, the phone line said the number was not in order. So frustrating how the business side has fallen with the new ownership.

Great listener and empathetic!
This is my second time seeing Dr. Gibson. She's a gem. She listens well and is overall concerned about your well being. She never seems in a rush and really wants to understand what's going on and how to help. So happy I just tripped into finding this doctor!
