If you want to be in and out for a basic physical within 3 hours, so somewhere else. If you want to be able to talk to your doctor for more than 5 minutes, go somewhere else. If you would like to receive a call back after leaving several voice messages, go somewhere else. I have been incredibly disappointed with Doctor Couch. I have never felt I received adequate care from her due to how she rushes me through the appointment after I've waited in the waiting room for hours. She coded something incorrectly which led to an incorrect lab bill. I have been leaving voice messages for 4 months and she still has yet to return my phone call. I'm going to have to pay this bill just so the creditors don't go after me, even though this was her mistake. I have since found a new provider and am glad I will not have to see Doctor Couch anymore.

I love Dr. Couch. She takes time to get back to you in any situation. Very considerate of a patients needs. If you're sick she works you right into her busy schedule. Often staying late to help all of her patients.
