Dr. Beavins is the best doctor I've ever seen. She cared when I told her my issues and medical worries, she was respondent and didn't talk over me or make me feel like I was crazy. She made sure to familiarize herself with me before she came into the room so we didn't have to go over everything again and made sure to ask about past problems to see if they continued. Also, the thing I liked best about her was that she was the only doctor/PA/etc. that did a pap that didn't hurt AT ALL. After having been to many after her, I am so glad she was my first and I'm sad she doesn't do that type of practice anymore. I would fly back to Indiana just for that, if she did. There are not many doctors like Dr. Beavins and we are worse for it (literally, most doctors dismiss anything I tell them, tell me it's something else or nothing at all - which obviously doesn't make me feel better either physically or mentally).
