early for this appointment and could not leave early again. My husband then arrived at the office and saw the 'Dr' leaving as he was going in at 4:15pm which was my scheduled appointment time. (?) When I arrived at the office at exactly 4:20pm as I had been advised I could do, I was told he had left because I did not arrive on time. This 'Dr'is the perfect example of running a medical business that has nothing to do with care or concern for patients as he proved by walking out at his next patient's scheduled appointment time, not being able to wait a whole 5 minutes, which is how long it took me to arrive. Most of his office staff is as equally dreadful and I should have paid more attention to the online reviews and input from other patients. They talk over you and don't allow you to finish your statement, but then say it is you doing that. They also keep repeating the same excuse and option to see a PA, which I did not want. I scheduled my appointment with the 'Dr' and that is who I expected to see. They would also bill my insurance for a 'Dr' visit, even if I saw a PA instead. Thankfully my Dr, who has already been advised of this, has requested I see another Dr as soon as possible and provided me with that Dr's information.

I wish I could have seen him - the person answering the phone has to be the most incompetent and rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with .. good luck I would never trust my health to someone who has a person like that working there - horrible way to tread people who are sick, scared and in pain -

I was referred to Dr Shah by my wound care specialist. I was diagnosed with RA many years ago, but past treatments were not helping. Dr Shah was thorough with diagnosing the severity and connected health issues, made his recommendations for treatment. His staff was instrumental in helping me obtain funding to cover the majority of cost. Infusions are down in the office! In just 6 weeks my inflammation level is much lower and everything is working better. If you need a great Arthritis specialist and diagnostician Dr Jigar Shaw and team are great!

I have auto immune disease for 17 years. I've seen well over 25 different doctors in this time span. NONE are more caring than Dr. Shah. My Ins. wouldn't cover a long acting prednisone which I need to stay alive(Cushing's syndrome). Reg prednisone would wear off during the day, leading me to take even more. The Ins. rep told me there's no chance it will get covered because it wasn't 'listed' as an approved med. Dr. Shah and his staff were persistent to a level I've never experienced and somehow got it approved! This doctor truly cares about his patients, even goes as far to call from time to time to check up on me. Who does that! Beyond thankful I am under his care. #Blessed

Since a year I had strong pain in my both wrists ,it was a Radial Styloïd Tenosynovitis . I thought....I won 't never get my wrists back, because I have been treated before.."NO RESULTS"... When my primary physician referred to Dr Jigar, I became very sceptic. I said in my heart "It will be the last physician .. I will see in USA .... Thanks GOD ,I was guided to find the right physician at the right time... I just started the treatment with DrJIGAR SHAH , I felt better than before until the treatment was done."NO MORE PAIN" Something that I did not expect. I wanted to THANK GOD first who allowed me to find Dr Jigar Shah ... THANK YOU Dr Jigar for taking very good care of me ...The experience was SO WONDERFUL......" I GET MY WRISTS BACK " THANK YOU SO MUCH DR JIGAR TO SERVE OUR COMMUNAUTY !

DON'T go to Dr. Jigar Shah unless you want to be treated by a Dr. that listens to your every word, has incredible knowledge and doesn't rush you in and out. Going to Dr. Shah is worth every minute you wait which is not long thanks to his incredible staff. They are also so pleasant to deal with. If I had a choice and it was a possibility, I would definately opt to have the GREAT Dr. Shah as my PCP. Everybody do yourself a favor, if you are sick and your illness is under Dr. Shah's practice, book an appointment with him, you won't be sorry and you sure will be safe. Thank you for listening.
