Dr. Kwon is friendly and polite. Even with limited time, she does not make the appointment feel rushed or like she overlooked anything.

Dr. Kwon is knowledgeable and up to date with recent studies and medical publications. She is patient with questions, and caring. I am pleased how I am treated during well and sick visits.

Dr. Kwon is very thorough, professional and courteous. She’s always willing to thoroughly explain her diagnosis and she listens and pays very close attention to your answers to her questions.

Although Dr. Kwon is very kind and quite good! Sometimes it doesn’t feel like she is taking the time to listen. She seems very rushed. While that may be a sign that she is excellent at diagnosing, it may leave one feeling like they have not been properly assessed when less time is spent listening to concerns and more on hurriedly throwing everything under a diagnosis(even things that don’t seems connected and especially when symptoms persist after treatment!) I wish she’d more patient and take time to listen or show that she is listening and understands.
