My visit was with the staff of Dr. Liao. I did not see her on this particular visit. However, I was being tested by the doctors amazing staff, who I believe are an extension of her. I am looking forward to my next scheduled visit next week. I am confident the doctor will analyze and then direct me to my best eye health!

I called with an eye problem and was seen the same day. Excellent care, Dr Liao took the time to explain and answer all my questions. She made her explanations very easy to follow. I left reassured that my condition was not serious.

Clear, solid. realistic care
I require follow up on cataract surgery done in LA and evaluation of age related macular degeneration - nothing very complicated. For both I found her evaluation through and her prognosis clear and helpful. What more can one ask. The one star evaluation reflects an understandable irritation with a horrible waiting time but says nothing about the quality of care. I think Dr Liao is in another office now and after two visits I found the time waiting not to be out of the ordinary for a busy practice but it could be improved. But try scheduling a full day when the patient population is older with a wide range of conditions.

She is horrible. I and all her patients wait a minimum of 4 hours. The arrogance of someone who views her own schedule as being overly self important is mind numbing. I went twice and both times it was over 3 hour wait to see her. Never again. She obviously doesn’t care about her patients.
