Dr. Jessica Sprague, MD

Dr. Sprague is incredibly thoughtful, knowledgable, and warm. During an era of rushed doctors and busy clinics, Dr. Sprague truly cares about her patients and takes the time to treat them well. She has treated multiple family members and friends. Couldn't recommend enough.

She was cold, rushed, and impersonal. More interested in technical labeling than listening and answering my questions. Acted like she was the wise sage doing me a favor. I did not feel respected. And, in the end, her performance was lacking! Switched doctors! If you want warmth, Don't go there!

Dr. Sprague is young, but very kind, knowledgeable and professional. I have had a continuing skin condition that has needed treatment and she has provided me with excellent care. When I explained that my insurance would not cover some of the prescription creams she recommended, she was able to find a better solution and it was less expensive, too. The staff is helpful but busy, and the waiting room is used by several clinics, so it's big too. I do not like that, because there was people very close to me (even though the pandemic is over, I didn't like the close proximity). That's the only negative- Dr. Sprague herself is excellent and worth the wait.
