Dr. Simon is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met. She really listens to me and seems genuinely interested in helping me. She is personable and is a mom herself, so she really “gets it.” I love seeing Dr. Simon—highly recommend!

This office, specifically my experience with Dr. Simon, made me feel like it's a factory and I'm just a number. Each visit almost felt like she was meeting me for the first time. It got to a point, after about a year and also my last office visit, where I thought I was in the Twilight Zone. She falsely noted how she successfully treated one area of my face, which she hadn't, nor did I ever mention this area as a trouble zone. Then she questioned why I had come in to start a treatment that SHE PREVIOUSLY HAD RECOMMENDED because she said it wouldn't fix the issue that I had. The same issue I had been seeing her for the past year.

It felt as though my son was in a factory. In and out. i was not allowed to go in with him becz of covid but the doctor did not bother to make the effort to talk to me. 5 mins after we left we had questions and called the office. We werer referred to an unending telephone cycle. We were able finallyt to leave a message with a "nurse" option. No one called us back that day or the next. We kept calling for 10 days. No response. Only when I left a message that I would report the practice to the NJ Medical Board that Dr. Simon called us back. It gets worse but I have better things to do. Do not choose this practice.

So impressed I will have my daughter see her!

She was knowledgeable about my daughter's skin condition. Someone might say of course she's a dermatologist, she should be but I've seen Drs who don't know what they are doing. She has excellent bed side manners too. Even when I was worried, she reassured me & stayed positive. Absolutely recommended her.

Great office, Everyone is friendly, never a wait time and Dr. Simone is wonderful and always smiling.
