My husband and I had been trying to have a baby for a few years before we were finally able to start IVF. Dr. Rubin was absolutely amazing for the whole process from start to baby!

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 5-6 years and we were excited and anxious for our consultation with Dr. Rubin. We chose RBA because it was the best facility (at the time). As our first and last experience, the check in reception was not friendly or polite; very short and cold. We waited in the lobby for 10-15 minutes. I did minor check ups and waited in the lobby of Dr. Rubin's office for 30-40 minutes; I nearly fell asleep. Our consultation- 15 minutes. Plus, we kept it short because Dr. Rubin was rude and was very offensive by asking "where are you from?" as the third question. She knew that I was not happy to hear that and she tried to ease the conversation by saying she traveled to Japan and China in November 2019. She was very short and vague with her explanation for IVF and IUI and stated she could only provide more information after the diagnostic results.

Dr. Rubin and her nursing staff (Caitlin & Rachael) were absolutely amazing. Everyone was on top of their game. Both Dr. Rubin and her nurses were patient with questions and concerns and were extremely responsive and compassionate. While I don't wish the IVF journey on anyone, I would recommend Dr. Rubin and her team, without reservation, to anyone in need of infertility treatment. P.S. the Piedmont location is where it's at, y'all.

Upon learning that my husband and I were infertility, a shattering and devastating feeling funneled through our minds daily. We were confused, sad and anxious about how to move forward. However, the amazing Dr. Rubin gave way to hope and resiliency that we never thought that we could experience. She educated us about every aspect of our fertility journey, despite how many questions we needed to have answered. She was patient and genuinely cared about our families' well-being and ability to have our first child. Now we are 10 weeks pregnant with our baby boy and looking forward to our new journey towards parenthood. Dr. Rubin was a true blessing to our family and we look forward to coming back in nine months for our baby girl! Thank you to Dr. Rubin and her entire staff. We will be forever be grateful :)

after 4 miscarriage with not a real answer of why, We came to her for help, and gave us the answer that we were looking for. i make happily 10 weeks pregnant and everything looks great.

Dr. Rubin was the first doctor we consulted with about IVF. She gave very clear explanations and we left her office confident in her care and excited about our future. She listened well to our ethical/religious concerns and was very respectful of our specific wishes. We were blessed with a healthy pregnancy on our first round of IVF/ICSI with MESA. Without Dr. Rubin, Dr. Witt and the whole staff at RBA, we would not have been able to have our own children. We are so thankful!

Dr. Rubin is excellent. She has a very caring nature, very knowledgable , and takes a lot of time to explain to the process. She is available to answer questions and encourages patients to reach out to her.

We loved our time with Dr. Rubin. She was a wonderful listener and we really felt she tried to understand our goals and come up with solutions that would work best for us. We also really trusted her as a clinician and feel we got where we are today because her hard work and expertise.

Dr. Rubin has always been thorough and taken plenty of time to explain every step of the infertility process. We would have loved to have seen her more, but were most often working with nurses. There were some challenges with the nursing staff being on the same page and general responsiveness. We appreciate the hope and optimism that Dr. Rubin provided during this process.
