Dr. Jessica Rinaldo, MD

This woman is the worst human I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. She is rude, sarcastic, and clearly on a power trip. I have never met anyone so blatantly rude in my life. She has 0 bedside manner and she is so terrible that she constantly jumps to new cities to find a job. She was my doctor in the emergency room at Woman’s hospital and didn’t even introduce herself at the beginning of our interaction. Avoid her at all costs!!!

Truly one of the best physicians out there. Amazing bedside manner, knowledgeable, and caring. Couldn’t ask for a better doctor!!

Excellent bedside manner

If you do not want to help people, don’t be a doctor. I called to get a prescription refilled and she was extremely rude, and not caring at all. She argued back and forth with me and was of no help at all. She hung up on me and then let the nurses know not to help me either. So now I am having a serious issue with no help. She does NOT need to be a doctor. Absolutely atrocious. Horrible person. Disgusting!!!!!!! All I needed was my prescription that I’ve been getting for five years. Real piece of work.

Had a terrible experience with Dr. Rinaldo. She was absolutely rude and blunt and had zero bedside manner. She made a scary situation even worse and more traumatic. I do NOT recommend her.

Dr. Rinaldo delivered my 1st baby in 2013. I got pregnant my senior year of high school at 17 years old. I had my boy 17 days after I walked across the stage at graduation! I have no words to describe how Dr. Rinaldo made the experience for me. Being a teen mom was really frightening, UNTIL I started seeing Dr. Rinaldo. I’m surprised to see all the 1 star reviews on her “bedside manner”. She just has a sarcastic sense of humor that I guess the people leaving bad reviews don’t have, but I have the same sense of humor & she made me feel so relaxed & calm about what should have been a traumatic experience. I felt like she was my best friend by the end of it & when I got pregnant with my 2nd baby was sad to hear she wasn’t delivering babies in my area any more. I’ve had 3 kids with 3 different doctors & I can confidently say Dr. Rinaldo is an amazing doctor & I’d HIGHLY recommend her! Dr. Rinaldo if you can see this, thank you for what you were to me! Christian is 10 now & is thriving!

She delivered both of my children via c-section. My first birth was very traumatizing due to a medication reaction. She handled my second c-second 100% differently so that I wouldn’t have a hard time again. She is kind and thoughtful.

I'm surprised to see others have negative things to say about Dr. Rinaldo because she was the best doctor I have ever had and I wish I was still under her care. I left another doctor's office abruptly after just too many issues, and Dr. Rinaldo took over as my doctor for the last month of my pregnancy and for postpartum visits before she moved to a different practice. I was so sad to lose her because she was the most caring and helpful doctor I've ever known! She always sat with me and asked questions, really wanted to help with whatever I was going through and seemed to have a true desire to connect with and advocate for her patients in a meaningful way. She also was the first doctor to identify a cervical issue I'd had for years, and I truly appreciated so much of the advice she gave me both as a patient and a new mom. I still hope someday to be able to have her as my ob/gyn again!

She was the hospitalist at the hospital my client was birthing at and was very impersonal & threatening. The very first time she stepped foot into the room where my client was laboring, she said "Ok, I'm here to break your water bag." no Hello. no "Hello, I'm so & so and I'm here to discuss your options and some things me and your provider have discussed." nothing. Fortunately, my client understood informed consent & stood her ground. The attitude of this provider felt like a complete power trip. I do not recommend.

To find a dr who you connect with is a wonderful thing. No matter how big or small/long or short the appt is I always leave with a better understanding and comfort knowing my health was top priority. 100% recommend Dr Rinaldo

I found out I was pregnant in 2012 and my usual doctor was booked almost 2 months out. I was already about 12 weeks so I decided to give Dr.Rinaldo a try. They got me in the next week and I’ve been attached to her since. She delivered my first daughter in 2013 and put in my bc. A few years later I was ready to get my bc removed so I went on the hunt to find my doctor. Well I found her about a hour away. She removed my bc and done my annual. She literally like a friend how friendly she is! I never felt so comfortable with any doctor till I met her. Fast forward to 2019 I became pregnant again just so happened she moved about 30 mins closer which was perfect. Of course she took really good care of me like before. I am so glad to have such a wonderful doctor that deliver my two beautiful princesses.

The first visit wasn’t the best, but I think it was due to how early the pregnancy was. Every visit after was amazing, you can tell that she cares about you and your pregnancy.

Absolutely love Dr. Rinaldo. She helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life. She had an amazing bedside manner and answered all my questions thoroughly. She helped me reach out to other doctors and medical professionals during this time and made sure that I was being treated correctly and that my medical issues were being taken seriously. I felt safe in her hands the whole time. She has been one of the best doctors I have ever seen.

Dr. Rinaldo has great bedside manner. She’s super sweet and takes the time to explain everything in layman's terms. She even took the time to meet and embrace my other children. We love her!

Dr. Rinaldo came highly recommended when I was looking for a doctor to deliver my baby, and I’m so glad I went with her! Ever since the first visit she has been so compassionate, hands on, and knowledgeable about everything I asked. I had a high risk pregnancy this time around and Dr. Rinaldo was there every step of the way. She reassured me and kept me calm during the most difficult time of my life. If you’re looking for a doctor that has your best interest at heart then look no further! I would choose Dr. Rinaldo over and over! She’s the absolute best!

Back in 2014 I went to Dr. Rinaldo for the first time and absolutely LOVED her. I work in healthcare and we know who to see and who NOT to see we get to see all sides of these physicians that the general public don’t. So needless to say this was an informed choice when I was having trouble conceiving. She didn’t know me from a can of paint but empathized with me and low and behold encouraged me to take a pregnancy tests before doing any extensive and expensive blood work sure enough I was pregnant and she was so excited for me the whole 9 moths she was awesome as in my whole family fell in love! Deliver went great and aftercare was super good she’s the best and I was so sad when my insurance forced me to switch. Even then I loved that she was very helpful with me finding a new OBGYN. I recently came back to her and am so happy to have her back she makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed! and here we are gearing up to have another and she’s supportive of using a clear drape for birth

Dr. Rinaldo's bedside manner was amazing. She is always knowledgeable in her field and I would consider her an expert! I would highly recommend Dr. Rinaldo!!
