Fantastic response to my "reach out" on a tick bite. Office knew exactly how to handle the situation and they did it instantly. Very pleased with Dr. Paquette and her office.

The phone tree is complex and highly annoying, and for such a small office, probably unnecessary - waiting for them to call back can be a long wai, messages seem to die on the vine. Another annoyance is that I paid a bill but got repeatedly rebilled for the service, again no call back when I called to resolve it, went in finally, was not pleased with the way the conversation went, went to the bank to get a copy, blah blah blah then got it resolved buy only after hassles. Also went in for a Medicare wellness visit but also had an excruciating ear ache, was told I was only scheduled for the wellness visit not anything else, she finally peered into my ear after I indicated that she probably thought she could not charge me for the ear given she was only getting paid for the wellness visit - all in all, although she is conveniently located for me to go there, the office is very hard to work with.

I accompanied my 80 year old dad to see Dr Paquette. The front office lady Laurie was so helpful in getting my dad in. It was Dr Paquette’s day off and she had to come in for an office meeting. Laurie told my dad that she would see to it that Dr Paquette could squeeze him in. Dr Paquette’s bedside manner was awesome. She joked and kidded my dad and was so pleasant. She gave him a shot and I was so impressed. The office was so friendly. It was a walk in appointment on the doctors day off!!! Wow! I love the small town kindness. I feel so good knowing my dad is in good hands with such capable and caring people. A+

She is by far the best doctor I've ever had. She's patient, knowledgeable and not heavy on the prescriptions, which I really appreciate! She is straightforward in her communications, but maintains a professional and gentle bedside manner. She's also a D.O. with hands like a Russian wrestler, so if you're lucky enough to have her adjust you, you'll feel like a new person after seeing Dr. Paquette.

Listens, patient, and informative. I had a mole removed she made it easy. Thanks Dr. Paquette!
